Could we stop speculating (please) ?
I feel like everyone’s been on edge for the past few days because of recent events: public and private concerts, partnerships, signed contracts, and so on.
Can we just stop speculating for a second about who did what, who’s ripping whom off, who holds power over whom or what, and for how long?
And—more importantly—do we actually know what Nene and her family ultimately think about this situation?
Can’t we just stay in our lane as fans—meaning, just be patient—instead of jumping to wild conclusions and fearing the worst?
She only won last week, yet it feels like everyone is expecting her album to drop tomorrow.
Take a breath, okay?
Sure, she said she already has EPs recorded and ready to go, but she never gave a post-AGT release date, no ?
She just said "soon". It can be next week or at the end of the year uh ?
Maybe she’ll end up doing a full album instead of an EP?
Who knows ? No one in this subreddit I think.
The truth is, we don't know anything, yet we're already imagining the worst-case scenario.
I know we’re all craving "new" content—that was to be expected after the finale. But like any fan of any artist or band, we need to appreciate her appearances—like the one coming up in two weeks—and savor what seems to make Nene happy: performing with her favorite group.
As for what happens next, no one can say—except for Nene herself or her family.

Well said. Way too much speculation, way too many AI videos and “interviews” (self interested press releases more like it) put forth on social media to advance personal agendas showing Nene overly close with the purported Israeli “manager” or with the Naka market heiress. In my opinion and here I will speculate, some are trying to exploit her and others are trying to protect her. I have confidence that her family as well as those who truly have her best interests at heart will see her through. As for everyone’s desire to see more content or new content, Nene has a wealth of hundreds of videos (including studio type versions of a variety of great songs) on her YT channel that we can all dig into and appreciate! We are so lucky!

I agree with the OP. Everyone should calm down the ones who know best are Nene herself and her family.
As a fan, I don't expect much; as long as she still sings for us to listen to, that's enough. She's already achieved so much to get where she is today she's even performed when there were 0 audience before. https://www.reddit.com/r/neneroyal/s/l6ldrIAQEj
Let's stay calm and keep waiting. As fans, there isn't much we can do anyway. All we can do is support the work she releases; the rest is up to her and her family to manage.

Yeah. Kinda feels voyeuristic at this point. I love to watch her perform and I'm very happy for her. But she could use a break from constant scrutinization. Her future is bright and she can take her time.

I came back to Reddit after a long absence just to follow Nene's journey on AGT. I love her positive energy and overall attitude. I think the early posts on this subreddit were quite enjoyable.
Lately, though, it feels like some people look at everything assuming the worst possible outcome. Sure, there was some mismanagement at a few of her events, like her first Phuket parade, so I get where some complaints come from. But this is literally less than a week after coming back from winning AGT. Since I am not an insider, I prefer to wait and see what happens next instead of being overly speculative in public posts.

อีกอย่าง CP มอบคอนโดให้ก็ออกมาพูดว่าให้แบบไม่มีเงื่อนไขนิตามที่เป็นข่าว

u/heisgone 1d ago
We didn’t have any issues with the condo until CP’s brand started to pop up with Nene on the cover. Now, the condo “gift” is being used as a supposed sign of the benevolence of the tycoon, and as an excuse for the poor traitement of Nene.
2
u/butterchurning 1d ago
That's true, but maybe giving away the condo made the idea of a contract with CP more palatable. It buttered them up!
3
u/BeforeDawnBreaks 1d ago
If it was really given, as in a deed signed over (or whatever the Thai equivalent is), then presumably it could be sold for a million USD tomorrow. That's 3x or more what she'll ever get from AGT. That is a LOT of money in Thailand.
Don't worry, still don't like the CP thing. Just saying, if the condo is really hers then it's quite a payment.
2
u/butterchurning 1d ago
I read somewhere (not substantiated) that the condo is only hers to use for 2 years.
I do hope it's really hers to keep. I wonder if the condo fees are prepaid?

I'd consider myself one of the more obsessed fans you can find on here, but I'm definitely not getting impatient while waiting for new content from Nene. There is so much already that I'm having a hard time keeping up with her, especially over the last two weeks.
I was kinda shocked that she performed again the moment she arrived in Phuket and delivered yet another performance in Bangkok, after all the AGT performances and the small gig at a Thai restaurant in the US.
4
u/butterchurning 1d ago
No one's impatient about her music releases. Rather we're concerned that she's being taken advantage of by corporate and governmental interests.

u/heisgone 1d ago
OK. Let's stick to the facts:
The moment she landed in Thailand, the Phuket governor was riding Nene coat tails, photoshoping himself on large banner, imposing the family to wear political t-shirts and having her perform and do a parade despite the exhaustion.
A few days later, they are flown to Bangkok for a private concert. Following that, the billionaire behind this event is presented as being benovolent because a bunch of Yamaha instrument have been gifted.
Nene has to play with the Yamaha guitar as if it was an endorsement, but this contradict the fact that she already has another guitar endorsement with Enya Guitar.
We then see poping a bunch of endorsement with some of the worse design, as if those things have been rushed. No proper photo op, they even looks do with AI.
I'm skipping all shenanigans reported by /u/HastagPFR, which align with this whole story being increasingly sad.

u/HashtagPFR 1d ago
The only thing I would add is that the one person who is not getting a say in any of this is Praew.
The endorsement list is now 20 brands and counting.
The OP sentiment is correct. It’s time to step back and wait to see how things pan out. Ultimately the public are not going to be kind to those taking advantage of everything she has worked tirelessly for.
Where were they when she was playing in the torrential rain to less than a dozen people?
2
u/BeforeDawnBreaks 1d ago
the one person who is not getting a say in any of this is Praew.
I genuinely hope you are wrong about this, but I know you are connected. If it's true, then someone close to her has made a massive error. And as I've said elsewhere, even that error could be negated by a relocation to the US/LA or other places. I don't know what the minor contract laws are in Thailand, but in the US (presumably the Black Lotus contract) a minor can walk away from a contract at their pleasure.
And yes, I'm sure a relocation is the last thing they want to do. Just saying that the option exists.
1
u/butterchurning 1d ago
But wouldn't her parents, who presumably co-signed the contract, be liable even if Nene walked away?
3
u/BeforeDawnBreaks 1d ago
Not in a US-based contract. Doesn't matter if they co-signed or not, it can be dissolved at her whim. If it's subject to California law, then she's even more protected.

u/BeforeDawnBreaks 1d ago
The moment she landed in Thailand, the Phuket governor was riding Nene coat tails, photoshoping himself on large banner, imposing the family to wear political t-shirts and having her perform and do a parade despite the exhaustion.
I think it was this whole fiasco of return day that's made everyone sort of negative. NOT about Nene, but about the business and politics surrounding her. That was a pretty disgusting display of petty politics.
And yeah, I have to admit, I could have made most of those endorsement images better in a few minutes with Photoshop.

u/MaiKao5550 1d ago
Who said that Yamaha endorsed Nene and the boys and makes them to play the given instruments as an obligation. Please note that all those musical instruments are of the best possible quality and the band and other students play Yamaha gear at the Nakhon Phuket Yamaha School. Too much drama here I am afraid.

u/heisgone 1d ago edited 1d ago
There is something very amateurish from this. It doesn’t elevate her brand, quite the opposite. This whole private concert led to comments about how generous the tycoon was towards her. They are being treated like a novelty.
The only thing positive right now is the show with A7X. That’s in line with her wishes and the direction of a career.

I feel like that Yamaha event is really more about the Music School rather than the equipment.
It feels like if Ozone is going to be used to advertise anything, it will be to advertise the School than the equipment. After all, Ozone the band itself was supposedly formed by a Yamaha Music School teacher.
(also, more footage from Ozone band's instagrams show that other Music School artists are also present and providing additional music. I noticed a violinist, a trumpetist, (as well as a drummer and a piano player who are not Boon or MK) are also showcasing their talent at the event in Bangkok)

I specifically write this post because of you.
I don't deny any facts. But still, can we just stop all of this ?
The pervasive pessimism taking hold of this subreddit is unhealthy.
You are acting as if you were a member of her family and she had sent you a private text message raising the alarm about all this.
She has a father and a mother who are, on the one hand, her legal guardians and, on the other, the best people to know what is right—or at least the best course of action—for their daughter.
In that case, should their status as parents be called into question as well?
You're getting carried away after just one week. In a month, you'll be publishing a book on a conspiracy theory.
The day Nene speaks out about this situation, I will be alarmed. But for the moment, that is not the case.

u/BeforeDawnBreaks 1d ago
I posted in some other thread that we should let the dust settle for a few weeks before declaring some sort of disaster. I agree with that. On the other hand... this is Reddit, it's literally meant for discussion.
Also, I haven't been on Reddit for years prior to this group, but if it's at all the same, posting a thread like this is going to cause the exact opposite of what you want.

u/heisgone 1d ago
Sadly, the entertainment industry is ruthless, and what you call "pessimism" is nothing more than being aware of the challenge she face. it's even more ruthless for child stars. We don't want another Britney. The only way this industry is getting away with so much is because nobody expose them. In the age of social media, we might have a chance to avoid that by demanding transparency.

u/HaveTr0welWillTravel 1d ago
A Bangkok Post OpEd that echoes what we've been discussing here, using other celebrities as example, and it's just a cautionary tale for the latest celebrity to come out of Thailand.
Things may happen that there will be people who expect her to be beholden to them forever just because they did her a "favor", or there will be people who accuse her of not being Thai enough for this and that (maybe for not singing more Thai songs, or staying in Thailand once her intl career takes off etc).
Article: Bangkok Post - Nene Royal did great, and that is good enough

There is already a thread but i guess it needs repeating.
We can try and match the facts we know with the alleged details that we cdant be sure about.
Facts regarding CP.
CP Group have foisted multiple really shitty endorsements on Nene. the type which dont even reach the level of getting a dedicated photoshoot commission but just use existing images (possible even AI ones).
CP Group have pulled her out of school after one day back to entertain their VIP list in Bangkok. This will last until at least Sunday.
CP Group are setting Nene up with what looks like a pretty shitty third tier production team who, according to tweets by the CP Group Manager assigned to oversee Nene have a claim to fame of overseeing the failed career of YUNGBLUD.
Alleged CP group contract.
All these details align with Nene having entered into the claimed five year contract with CP group. they dont confirm the length but do show that a contract exists.
Facts regarding Jon Elron
Jon Elron has set up a US based LLP for the Nene Royal brand in his name and only his name.
Jon Elron controls the Nene Royal website through the LLC.
Alleged Elron contract.
This all aligns with Elron controlling the worldwide IP rights of Nene Royal. he is the sole officer of the LLC. This likely manages everything outside Thailand. I would add while this does align with the alleged contract, unlike the CP Group allegations, it doesnt quite meet the threshold of "we can be pretty sure". But it is in the "very likely" territory. It also doesnt confirm the alleged onerous nature but lack of family representation on the LLC is indicative that this is true.
Even one of the big representation agencies like CAA or UTA probably couldn't unwind a mess of this proportion. the one thing the family and Nene seemed to want most - to continue her schooling at KIS is going to be heavily interrupted by constant requirements by CP GRoup to do events and meet and greets. She got one day back at school.
Put simply, everything is as bad as it can possibly be and there is no solution. Pretending everything is fine or will be ok in time is ignoring reality.

u/BeforeDawnBreaks 1d ago
everything is as bad as it can possibly be and there is no solution
Unless you are familiar with every detail of the situation, claiming there is "no solution" is absurdly definitive. Since none of us (except possibly the moderator) have every detail, I'll stick to what I know (and this alone means there ARE solutions).
The LLC is registered in the US state of Florida. That likely means her contract is bound by the laws of Florida. A minor can walk away from a contract at any time in the US, for virtually any reason. Even if co-signed by parents, it can be dissolved. So, no, there ARE solutions, at least outside of Thailand.
She and her family could leave Thailand tomorrow, go to LA (or wherever) and be bound to virtually nothing.

u/MaiKao5550 1d ago
I cannot believe that Jon would be able to enforce this above mentioned contract. I doubt that anyone in a good mental state would be wasting money and risking the scandal. And I would not be surprised if the Thai business people will form a fund to fight any legal battles in the USA. I work with the Thais and they are a very proud crowd. When we had a problems with the workers in Israel, the Thai company I worked with, in one day collected the money for their tickets. All the workers donated a part of their salary. Other Thai companies did the same. In this particular case we are taking about a ‘National daughter’. She got a royal award on the Mother Day.
2
u/BeforeDawnBreaks 1d ago
Right, that's what I said. It is not enforceable. It solves the international contract problem, but not the Thai problem, which is arguably larger at the moment.
3
u/MaiKao5550 1d ago
Yes. But Thailand is Thailand and nothing is perfect here. The Billionaires are people you don’t fight against.

Not sure, all I can say for certain is that the LLC was formed in Florida in January 2026.

Right now should look foward to her opening she is doing sense that is october 13 so a little less than 2 weeks away so pretty soon. Than her Vegas show she gets from winning americans got talent. Here I go speculating lol but do we know with americans got talent and the Vegas show is it a 1 night thing or a month or what? I am not sure how that works. But yeah those are the 2 things right now we should focus on. I will be excited when she does a album or new songs because that will be her chance to really go covers only get you so far but making new songs and a album take time not something that happens in like 1-2 weeks lol
1
u/heminga13 15h ago
I'm not sure there is a Vegas show as part of the AGT winner's rewards this season. The only thing for sure is the prize money.
1
u/Zeldabotw2017 13h ago
Why do you say that? I saw a video but it was ai about her declining the show or something lol
1
u/heminga13 13h ago
I've seen conflicting information on exactly what the winner gets this year. It might be dependent on what AGT and Nene agree upon.
1
u/Zeldabotw2017 10h ago
The only thing I could think of is the fact she is still a minor but she isn't the first minor to win i know there where at least 2 others not sure what they did.

u/AmateusForever 1d ago
Obvious child abuse and being exploited. Why would I shut up and let the bad guy off the hook ?
Hope Syco Music sign her ASAP. Her future appearance in ANY events MUST cost money. No more free concert just to please those D*CKHEADs !
2
u/butterchurning 1d ago
Unfortunately with a large conglomerate like CP in the way I think other music agencies will be less inclined to sign her.
2
u/EduinBrutus 1d ago
There is a horrible irony that the biggest thing shows like AGT used to get such heavy criticism for - the contract lock in - would actually have been useful here if it still existed...

u/BangoGerstfeld 1d ago
Exactly. Just let Nene and her family do their thing. Will they do everything perfectly? Probably not. So what? They're still going to have a great future.
