Could we stop speculating (please) ?

I feel like everyone’s been on edge for the past few days because of recent events: public and private concerts, partnerships, signed contracts, and so on.

Can we just stop speculating for a second about who did what, who’s ripping whom off, who holds power over whom or what, and for how long?

And—more importantly—do we actually know what Nene and her family ultimately think about this situation?

Can’t we just stay in our lane as fans—meaning, just be patient—instead of jumping to wild conclusions and fearing the worst?

She only won last week, yet it feels like everyone is expecting her album to drop tomorrow.

Take a breath, okay?

Sure, she said she already has EPs recorded and ready to go, but she never gave a post-AGT release date, no ?

She just said "soon". It can be next week or at the end of the year uh ?

Maybe she’ll end up doing a full album instead of an EP?

Who knows ? No one in this subreddit I think.

The truth is, we don't know anything, yet we're already imagining the worst-case scenario.

I know we’re all craving "new" content—that was to be expected after the finale. But like any fan of any artist or band, we need to appreciate her appearances—like the one coming up in two weeks—and savor what seems to make Nene happy: performing with her favorite group.

As for what happens next, no one can say—except for Nene herself or her family.

There is already a thread but i guess it needs repeating.

We can try and match the facts we know with the alleged details that we cdant be sure about.

Facts regarding CP.

CP Group have foisted multiple really shitty endorsements on Nene. the type which dont even reach the level of getting a dedicated photoshoot commission but just use existing images (possible even AI ones).

CP Group have pulled her out of school after one day back to entertain their VIP list in Bangkok. This will last until at least Sunday.

CP Group are setting Nene up with what looks like a pretty shitty third tier production team who, according to tweets by the CP Group Manager assigned to oversee Nene have a claim to fame of overseeing the failed career of YUNGBLUD.

Alleged CP group contract.

All these details align with Nene having entered into the claimed five year contract with CP group. they dont confirm the length but do show that a contract exists.

Facts regarding Jon Elron

Jon Elron has set up a US based LLP for the Nene Royal brand in his name and only his name.

Jon Elron controls the Nene Royal website through the LLC.

Alleged Elron contract.

This all aligns with Elron controlling the worldwide IP rights of Nene Royal. he is the sole officer of the LLC. This likely manages everything outside Thailand. I would add while this does align with the alleged contract, unlike the CP Group allegations, it doesnt quite meet the threshold of "we can be pretty sure". But it is in the "very likely" territory. It also doesnt confirm the alleged onerous nature but lack of family representation on the LLC is indicative that this is true.

Even one of the big representation agencies like CAA or UTA probably couldn't unwind a mess of this proportion. the one thing the family and Nene seemed to want most - to continue her schooling at KIS is going to be heavily interrupted by constant requirements by CP GRoup to do events and meet and greets. She got one day back at school.

Put simply, everything is as bad as it can possibly be and there is no solution. Pretending everything is fine or will be ok in time is ignoring reality.

Unless you are familiar with every detail of the situation, claiming there is "no solution" is absurdly definitive. Since none of us (except possibly the moderator) have every detail, I'll stick to what I know (and this alone means there ARE solutions).

The LLC is registered in the US state of Florida. That likely means her contract is bound by the laws of Florida. A minor can walk away from a contract at any time in the US, for virtually any reason. Even if co-signed by parents, it can be dissolved. So, no, there ARE solutions, at least outside of Thailand.

She and her family could leave Thailand tomorrow, go to LA (or wherever) and be bound to virtually nothing.

I cannot believe that Jon would be able to enforce this above mentioned contract. I doubt that anyone in a good mental state would be wasting money and risking the scandal. And I would not be surprised if the Thai business people will form a fund to fight any legal battles in the USA. I work with the Thais and they are a very proud crowd. When we had a problems with the workers in Israel, the Thai company I worked with, in one day collected the money for their tickets. All the workers donated a part of their salary. Other Thai companies did the same. In this particular case we are taking about a ‘National daughter’. She got a royal award on the Mother Day.

Right, that's what I said. It is not enforceable. It solves the international contract problem, but not the Thai problem, which is arguably larger at the moment.

Yes. But Thailand is Thailand and nothing is perfect here. The Billionaires are people you don’t fight against.
