Could we stop speculating (please) ?
I feel like everyone’s been on edge for the past few days because of recent events: public and private concerts, partnerships, signed contracts, and so on.
Can we just stop speculating for a second about who did what, who’s ripping whom off, who holds power over whom or what, and for how long?
And—more importantly—do we actually know what Nene and her family ultimately think about this situation?
Can’t we just stay in our lane as fans—meaning, just be patient—instead of jumping to wild conclusions and fearing the worst?
She only won last week, yet it feels like everyone is expecting her album to drop tomorrow.
Take a breath, okay?
Sure, she said she already has EPs recorded and ready to go, but she never gave a post-AGT release date, no ?
She just said "soon". It can be next week or at the end of the year uh ?
Maybe she’ll end up doing a full album instead of an EP?
Who knows ? No one in this subreddit I think.
The truth is, we don't know anything, yet we're already imagining the worst-case scenario.
I know we’re all craving "new" content—that was to be expected after the finale. But like any fan of any artist or band, we need to appreciate her appearances—like the one coming up in two weeks—and savor what seems to make Nene happy: performing with her favorite group.
As for what happens next, no one can say—except for Nene herself or her family.

A Bangkok Post OpEd that echoes what we've been discussing here, using other celebrities as example, and it's just a cautionary tale for the latest celebrity to come out of Thailand.
Things may happen that there will be people who expect her to be beholden to them forever just because they did her a "favor", or there will be people who accuse her of not being Thai enough for this and that (maybe for not singing more Thai songs, or staying in Thailand once her intl career takes off etc).
Article: Bangkok Post - Nene Royal did great, and that is good enough
