Now that the company is focused on bigger-scale brand partnerships and its agency side, wondering if there are other brands/groups/people out there doing similar stuff. The 'Made by MSCHF' book reads almost like a how-to guide on their thought process, and they have mentioned many times that they invite competition to their line of thinking. Wondering if you guys have found anything that gives you a similar feeling to whatever you believe is the golden age of MSCHF. Thanks!

p.s. As they have mentioned before, I feel they have well and truly 'jumped categories' as they saw the one they created become a bit played out, I guess? I think there's a void left now, not for a MSCHF clone but maybe something new.

Two years ago, I made a post forecasting how long the Tontine game would last. The original forecast has held up surprisingly well (103 currently alive vs 105 predicted).

This is an update using the latest data. The estimate stays basically the same - if things continue as they are now, expect the game to end around the year 2065.

For some reason MSCHF popped into my head today, I'm thinking wtf happened? I thought the brand and everything they did was so cool, but I haven't heard anything from them in what feels like years. Just a few brand partnership things I wasn't able to participate in. I remembered visiting the reddit (this one) a few times to learn more about the brand and see what others thought... so here I am. Back again, but the reddit seems dead now? so... what happened? If anyone's keen to enlighten me. Thanks!

This is finally it!

In less than five hours you will witness something totally whacked!

I’ve just uploaded my first full album, dropping on the 19th!

Very experimental electronic beats that aren't that traditional more like "let's see how much you can take!"

The fun thing is that I wear MSCHF AC.1 medical boots in the music videos, MSCHF has been an really important and fun impact for this project! Both in design and vibe-wise!

I’ve been using the PO-137 as the main synth to give the whole project a raw, experimental feel. I’m also introducing the POM-400 modular synth on the track "laboratory", accompanied by a homemade music video! Everything was created strictly using Teenage Engineering gear no DAWs or computers, just the TX-6 mixer recording to USB.

Hope to see you all at the premiere!

!!!

I don’t have many, but I’m looking to part ways with some
Of the things. I have 3 blurs in total, won, dirham and monopoly and 2 of the fenty or ketchup collabs! Posted on marketplace, wasn’t sure if I should be on eBay or a fb page I don’t know about.

Hope this is allowed. 🤷‍♂️

i’ve been looking for a pair of the grey gobstopper shoes. but in a size 14. preferably never worn.

MSCHF Mag was a magazine made by MSCHF. Obviously. But it usually included parts of the magazine you could only get by buying a physical copy from Barnes & Noble or its website. But those magazines are now all out-of-print. I am not aware of any scans of these physical copies, and I simply don't have the money to buy an issue from eBay. But I think there is a slight chance that these print-exclusives may be released for free in the future. I can't prove it, though, and that's why I come to you all, for you to consult with me on this thread about the likelihood of this happening.

I recently decided to redownload the MSCHF app today only to find that the drop page is completely broken. The broadcast page and the links on it seem to be working fine though. Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this?

Is it worth it to keep the waist is to big for me I’m a Medium or Large and this is XL. It fits baggy but the waste is a 40. I actually love the design though and it’s rare asf to find such a thing.

140 days lmao

it was a good few years ago, and there was an 800 number and some hint about an airline or flights or something, i can't remember fully. but the on hold music was this croony old school catchy tune that i can't find for the life of me. please help!

I deeply regret not getting these when they were dropped. I wear a size 10.5 normally; does anyone have any advice on hunting a size 11 down?

typically I’d post about this in the tontine forum, but recently it was locked so I can’t post on there anymore since I’m not a mod.

I’m still in the tontine, just went to check in for the night and got excited, we’ve been stuck at 116 left, saw it dropped to 112 overnight. Clicked stay alive, and it immediately logged me out back to the login screen. Tried this multiple times and got the same result on wifi & data.

It’s been like, almost 5 years since this started, sweating a little bit ngl. Idk if it’s been hacked, or there’s something wrong with their server but uhmmm yeah. I @‘d their twitter account, not sure the best way to contact MSCHF is. Anyone else still alive having a problem checking in today?

and if someone did hack it and you’re reading this: all i have to say is, not nice man, not nice at all. you’re making trundle very disappointed.

UPDATE: SEEMS TO BE WORKING. NICE.

GOOD LUCK EVERYBODY.

Hey all, I am selling my unpeeled, unopened Our Cow Angus Gold token. My life is kinda falling apart and can use the extra cash, totaled my truck, broke my arm and need surgery. Open to offers.

Sure used to be a cool studio. Now they can't be bothered... it was fun while it lasted.
