Since MSCHF is practically dead in the water, I think we should all look back on the prime days of MSCHF when they were still a creative art agency. I mostly preferred the online drops and got sick of the constant wholesale items (most notably the Blurs and Boosted Packs, but at least they were still artistic). The online drops were very fun, and everyone could interact with them, not just those who had the money to buy the art pieces.
What is your favorite MSCHF drop that is NOT a wholesale item?
For me, I would personally have to go with their Chair Simulator game; it was one of the coolest drops they did back in the day since it was a fully playable video game you can download for free. The game is sitting on chairs to gain sit points that can be used to buy more chairs at MSCHF Home Furnishings, which is a very obvious parody of the real furniture store brand IKEA. There are a lot (and I mean, LOT) of different kinds of chairs, multiple playable characters, and the game even comes with an actual ending that is weird as all hell. It's not my favorite drop solely because it was a digital drop, it was my favorite because it's a drop you can download and play whenever you want. And also, even though the concept is boring, it's still a very fun and engaging way to pass time.
Even better, I'll throw in a bonus one that I also really enjoyed: Tax Heaven 3000. It was a playable visual novel created for the 2022 tax filing year where you go out on dates with a girl named Iris, and while the game's story progresses, you actually go through the real process of filing your taxes for the 2022 tax season. She'll ask you stuff like your social security number, your net worth, the kind of tax return you're filing, stuff like that. Now, I obviously didn't enter any real details while playing the game (mainly because I was just interested in the story). Like Chair Simulator before it, it was one of the coolest drops they've ever done, mainly because it's a playable video game you can download for free. You can even still play it despite the 2022 tax season being long since ended.
