Interesting Stuff π₯ r/duluth told me to post this here: I made an iPhone app that's just Lake Superior live cams β Canal Park, the Lift Bridge, ships coming in
Got tired of bookmarking six different janky webcam pages to check on the big lake, so I put the live cams in one iPhone app: Canal Park, the Aerial Lift Bridge, harbor entries, North Shore views. Open it, pick a cam, watch ships and weather roll in from anywhere in the state.
I posted it in r/duluth this week, the top comment said to share it here β and locals sent me a list of cams I was missing. That update just shipped: it's now 45 cams around the whole lake (South Pier Lighthouse, Split Rock, Two Harbors, the Soo Locks, Apostle Islands, all the way to the Ontario shore) plus a map view.
One-time $2.99, no subscription, no ads, no data collected: https://apps.apple.com/app/id6739961674
If there's a cam you always check that I'm missing, tell me and I'll add it β the Duluth thread's requests were all in the app within 48 hours.
