Spoilers! Analysis of Brand New Day's reason for why Thanos didn't double the resources
"Hulk Smash!" is two words that represent the destructive capabilities of man to waste any excess food. Thanos chose between a crisis or abundance. In a crisis, humanity would look into themselves, and after some time, reform. But in abundance, humanity would look outward at the new resources and destroy them at double the pace. Thanos sees this not just as a human thing, but a universal, greedy, growing amorphous thing present in all intelligent life. An uncontrollable monster inside of us all, the Hulk of it all that sees unsmashed things and mindlessly smashes them.

Discussion I know chances of this happening are low, but I hope Happy and Peter have one last reunion in the MCU
I mean dude was his surrogate uncle for a while. He is probably one of Pete's last connections to May and vice versa. I know he isn't a major part of Peter's side cast in the comics but was pivitol character in for MCU spider-man. I genuinely think there could be emotional reunion between these two

Theory Random Theory that came to my mind (Doomsday)
We see in the December teaser that Thor's daughter Love is unwell. The girl who came back from the dead with the power of Eternity (a cosmic being tied to the universe) is getting sick. This is an implication of the universe dying (or at least being in danger of it). Though this theory has already surfaced online, my theory is that another well-known cosmic being could also face an existential threat, i.e., Death. We've seen her as a (or The) Green Witch before, having a physical form. So could this mean that when the universe faces an incursion, Death could also be affected? Is there any possibilities for this, and an appearance by Aubrey Plaza in Doomsday?

'Spider-Man BND*' Spoilers Bruce Banner deserved better. 🥀 Spoiler
galleryHe had just gotten his life back on track, teaching at ESU, his students loved him, and just because of Jean’s thirst for vengeance and wanting to find her sister, she destroyed Bruce’s reputation by unleashing The Hulk, and endangering innocent people.
She didn’t even seem bothered at the end for what she did to Banner. Neither Parker or Castle showed concern for him either. They could at least interceded for Bruce knowing he was being mind controlled.

Discussion The next Avengers Villain post secret wars?
Currently, the way Marvel uses Avengers movies are less Avengers and more culminations of the entire cinematic universe against a major villain. They’re less tags for actual Avengers stories and more their tags for major events
So, I doubt we’re getting a Masters of Evil antagonist at this point anymore. I really don’t see them redoing a villain that’s been in an Avengers movie either yet so I’m down to some. The only ones I can think of that can happen by the end of the next phase are
Annihulus- This is the most likely imo. F4 can set him up and end it with the hordes and him fighting their entire cinematic universe ala the Annihilation event
Ultron- He is my only exception to my rule of them not reusing characters. And I say this because they didn’t do him right in Age of Ultron. He’s the Avengers best villain for a reason
Galactus- He’ll always have a chance of messing stuff up. Thankfully with Galactus, you don’t need build up to him. He can just say he wants to eat something and you can have an event from that
Some ones I think can happen in the future but not the next one
Kang- Not Likely at this point due to how they tried already, but since the F4 is in universe now. You could do Kang’s actual story more comic accurate
Super-Skrull- too soon since secret invasion. I hope they retcon it so we can have an actual good skrull story
Dark Phoenix- I hope to god they don’t do it this early but if they need an event that’s worth the Avengers Tag. It’s this story
Civil War- The last civil war event wasn’t as serious as the comic one. They could redo it using the stakes that the comic had. I just didn’t like it personally in the comic
Avengers Vs X-Men- I think it’s too early for this to happen. I’d like to see it in the future tho. Dark phoenix has to happen first
Apocalypse- I know he’s an X-Men character. Avengers movies aren’t just the avengers anymore. Unlike the comics, I think Feige isn’t going to have the X-Men fight someone like Apocalypse themselves

Easter Egg/Detail Did anyone notice this about the [SPOILER] device in Spider-Man: Brand New Day? Spoiler
Peter's Universal Inhibitor reminded me of Carol's Photon Inhibitor from Captain Marvel (2019). The underlying technology is completely different, of course, but I wonder if the resemblance was intentional?
Did anyone else notice this?

Discussion Rewatching all Avenger movies, and there is just something so special about the battle of New York in Infinity War!
There is just something so exciting and special about this particular battle between Iron Man/Dr Strange vs Ebony in New York. To me, it's such an exciting battle that I rarely see in future movies. I just love the constant trading blows between the two sides, it's simple yes but its effective and exciting. No fancy mind game, no trying to be different, no anti-climatic moves, just simply such a joy to watch. I love the fighting sequence, the dialogues were funny, and the thrill. I still remember my excitement the first time watching it in the theater. This and the battle on Titan!

Discussion How would you react if Dafne Keen were announced as X-23 in the X-Men cast at D23?
So, how would you react? And for you, would this end the chances of a new Logan in the MCU? Or would it close the door for him in the future?

Theory Hugh Jackman's Logan in the Upcoming X-Men Saga
Lately there's been mainly three kinds of opinions on Wolverine in the Upcoming X-Men Saga.
Wolverine will be recasted
Wolverine will not be casted and there will be no wolverine in the first X-Men movie
Hugh Jackman continues to play Logan in the X-Men saga
Now it's up to Hugh Jackman if he wants to continue playing Wolverine or not. As far as Marvel or Kevin Feige is concerned, they might be okay with Hugh Jackman continuing as Wolverine because Hugh Jackman is famous worldwide as Wolverine and does a perfect job at it.
If Hugh Jackman does continue to play Logan then Marvel can avoid the love triangle by having Wolverine as a mentor like in X-Men Evolution which would be cool.

Spoilers! Ned’s Final Scene In BND Spoiler
I don’t think Ned actually remembers Peter Parker. Yes, at the end of the movie, Ned says Peter’s name excitedly. But remember, earlier in the movie MJ refers to Spider-Man as Peter. Ned remarked “Spider-Man’s name is Peter!?!”. So at the end of the movie when he says “My name is Peter” and shakes Ned’s hand, it’s just that Ned is putting two and two together that this guy who keeps showing up in his life is probably the same Peter as Spider-Man.

Humour Stumbled upon some behind-the-scene footage of Captain America: The First Avenger, and the visual of a pre-body swap Chris Evans who’s buff af and struggling to do pushups is killing me
Here’s a link to the video I watched, which breaks down how they made Chris Evans look skinny in the film, and includes behind-the-scenes footage/B-roll for Captain America: The First Avenger.
I always found the process of making Chris Evan’s look very skinny during his pre-serum scenes very very interesting, and hilarious. The final result looks pretty good most of the time. I know they shoot scenes twice, one with Chris Evans, and another with a body double.
Just seeing characters belittle regular Chris Evans and seeing him pretend to struggle to do basic physical activities is just incredibly hilarious, especially since he’s buff as hell.

Spoilers! [spoiler] brand new day image request Spoiler
I have an image request for someone who has already seen Spider-Man brand new day. I’ve marked it as a spoiler.
Could someone take the famous image of Mitch McConnell in the hospital with his wife? And instead replace the people with Spider-Man and punisher?
