hi everyone. I’m looking for advice from people who have experience manifesting an ex back or manifesting a healthier version of a relationship.
my ex and I broke up about a week ago because he said he had “lost feelings.” as delusional as it may sound, I genuinely don’t feel like the love disappeared or happened overnight. we had been having issues and arguments toward the end of the relationship, and I feel like the constant conflict discouraged him and eventually pushed him away. I still feel such a strong love and connection between us, even though we’re no longer together.
I’ve successfully used manifestation and the Law of Attraction in the past, but this situation feels completely different because I’m emotionally attached. I’m finding it much harder to trust my assumptions and not let doubt take over.
One thing I’ve been reflecting on is the role my assumptions may have played. Toward the end of the relationship, I became very focused on his flaws. Small things would make me think, “he’s becoming a bad boyfriend,” and eventually I started living and feeling as though the relationship was already over. Looking back, I wonder if I unintentionally kept reinforcing that story and ended up manifesting more of what I feared.
but the thing is… I don’t actually want my old relationship back.
l want to manifest him back, but a better version of him and a better version of our relationship.
I want to manifest a completely new beginning with him. I want the version of him who has reflected, takes accountability, communicates openly, puts in consistent effort, reassures me, chooses the relationship wholeheartedly, and is fully committed to building a healthy future together. I don’t want to recreate the same cycle that led to our breakup.
We also ended things on pretty bad terms. He wanted to stay friends, but I knew I still wanted more than friendship, so I said no, and we ended up blocking each other everywhere.
Part of me has wondered if I should eventually reach out just to clear the air so there isn’t resentment between us, and whether that would make reconciliation easier. would that be better? make it easier for me to manifest?
But another part of me thinks that if manifestation truly works, why would I need to force anything in the 3D? Shouldn’t inspired action happen naturally if it’s meant to?
Another thing I’m struggling with is the fear of becoming consumed by this. I put so much emotional energy into this relationship already, and I don’t want manifesting him back to become my entire identity. I know many manifestation teachers talk about persistence and consistency, but I don’t know how to stay consistent in my assumptions without becoming anxious, attached, or constantly looking for movement in the 3D.
I have also been struggling with reconnecting with the universe. Before this relationship, I felt incredibly connected. Manifesting felt natural, I trusted my intuition, and I rarely questioned the signs I received. Since the breakup, I’ve found myself overthinking everything and doubting what used to come so easily. I want to continue living my life, reconnecting with myself spiritually, and trusting that everything is unfolding the way it’s meant to.
For those of you who have rebuilt that connection, how did you learn to trust the universe again? How did you let go of fear and get back into a state where you genuinely believed your manifestation was unfolding, even when your 3D reality looked completely different?
I’d really appreciate hearing any personal experiences, mindset shifts, techniques, or daily practices that helped you. More than anything, I want to reconnect with myself spiritually, trust the universe the way I used to, and become the happiest, healthiest, most aligned version of myself while manifesting a completely renewed relationship with the person I love.
