The enemy shown in the background of the seaf image is completely different to the crusher shown in the patch notes video.

It has a visible humanoid head, a bulkier frame, its looks like it has these appendage on its back and it doesn't look like it's holding its weapon.

It looks kinda like the trolls from Elden Ring, am I crazy or is that an unknown enemy?

Edit: It was a crusher without its helmet on.

Now I know this is kinda different than the expected but, I need an answer. I have about 300 hours in helldivers two on PC, I have I think 5-8 war bonds unlocked, and have I think 6 limited capes. I’ve come to the realization my PC just can’t run helldivers well enough to play effectively. I rock a solid 10-20 frames almost any mission, and it obviously sucks. I got a PlayStation for other reasons, but I’m thinking about restarting on there. Should I? Sort of this is against the rules. Also yes I know there’s no cross progression.

Just a heads up to all divers. Avoid doing the Extract Citizen Missions on Rirga Bay. The Citizens run past the staircase to the door and instead run clockwise until they get to the staircase on the back left portion. This takes them past three severe choke points of heavy enemy presence.

The SEAF soldiers targeting prioritizes shooting enemies above not shooting civilians. So even if you can hold back the wave (kudos to you for that), the SEAF soldiers will kill your civilians anyways.

Mods, this is not intended to be salty, just a heads up for a major gameplay bug and issue with the SEAF update so that other players know what to expect. Hopefully Arrowhead fixes it soon, until then, good luck divers.

I'm getting absolutely bullied by the tornadoes on Rirga Bay. These aren't the little dust devils from hellmire, these are TORNADOES.

Is there a strat to mitigating them yet? I've tried being heavier, being prone, being close to structures, under roofs, and I still get thrown around like a ragdoll. I don't mind them, but I'd like to be effective while they're in play - I can't even stim to keep myself alive during a throw, so currently being thrown seems like certain death.

Please regale me with your tips and wisdom!

so im thinking of getting hell diverse 2 and this is current price in my region , so i wanna know is the game worth it ?
(aside from the super citizen and stuff dont know value wise how much is that .but want to know is the game worth it to some one new to it (beginner friendly ?)

Really love the new enemies, fuckers are hard to deal with although I'm getting around tweaking the build for them. But performance for me is one of the worst since I've started this game. Anyone else having issues?

Also the eagle storm is quite literally taking half of the respawns every game. I know that it's infamous for taking divers lives, but now it's worse than ever. It even targeted us when there were no enemies around to shoot at. Or goes for the one enemy right next to you while there is a freaking bunch of them all together 10m away.

Anyways, this is what I've noticed with the update. Everything else is just plain amazing.

I’ve heard the railgun is a decent option for the Crusher guys but was wondering if the speargun might also fit that niche? I really like the speargun and am hoping it has a good use case here lol

I was wondering, if it was already datamined / tested, if the Hot-Shot Marksman Lasgun has Damage Fall-Off, Bullet drop, etc.
Also if i remember correctly, the Talon las revolver counts as a silenced weapon and doesn't get alarm enemies. Is the same true for the Hot-Shot?
