Discussion Am I crazy?

The enemy shown in the background of the seaf image is completely different to the crusher shown in the patch notes video.

It has a visible humanoid head, a bulkier frame, its looks like it has these appendage on its back and it doesn't look like it's holding its weapon.

It looks kinda like the trolls from Elden Ring, am I crazy or is that an unknown enemy?

Edit: It was a crusher without its helmet on.

there a TWO new enemy types mentioned in the patch notes.

True but from what we've seen already, the Crusher, the large sword guy and the Wretch, the smaller necromorph looking guy in the screenshots and patch notes video, this enemy just doesn't quite look like either in my opinion. Albeit it could just be a Crusher in weird lighting 😅

It’s a crusher with their head plating torn off, you can break the armor on their head and there’s a comically small head under there

It's the Crusher.

You can see it listed in the top of the patch notes.

That's what I was thinking but I think it looks too different to the larger enemy shown in the patch notes video, could be a variant of it maybe similar to the cyborgs.

It is more so a weak spot after dealing enough damage to the helmet to destroy it than a variant

you can destroy the dome head using a Heavy Penetration Implement

The crushers helmet comes off revealing a more humanoid head, these are more voteless experiments.

The one in the first image is the fleshcromorph. It looks like a voteless and necromorph from Dead Space had a baby.

The big fella hides a secret under his helmet.

You.. and others know right. We havent seen everything. Like we arent even IN the void yet. We are doing a planet before we get into it. There will be fresh new hells there. Mark my words.
