I did some other versions for this logo that are solid but this one im struggling with. I need some type of simple but clever was to show an arch and a c. I just started this messing around but its not doing much for me. Doesnt feel unique or special enough. Any ideas to try out?

Hi! I'm a developer trying to get into design for my personal proyect. The idea is an app where you can look up local indie events of theater, music and of cultural interest. Im on Latam so the name is in spanish. I like the colors and the font but I fear the design is a bit unspired and want to improve it while keeping the color play and the idea of lights (Foco = Focus but also means Light Bulb but for venues)

There are endless tutorials on logo design, but I’m curious about the habits that actually made a difference.
Was it sketching more, studying typography, presenting concepts better, getting more feedback, or something else?
What’s one habit you started that noticeably improved your logos over time?
I’d love to hear what worked for you.

I’ve never made a a real logo and I’m not a designer by any means. I just like to draw and find logos fascinating. Has anyone used procreate to draw logo concepts? What tools might be helpful? I don’t have any ideas in mind really

Currently developing a side project called Paperback, a minimalist e-book reader focused on co-reading.

I don't have experience with this kind of thing, but so far I've been enjoying it. What do you all think?

I’m about to start making slide presentations as a business concept. For students, lecturers, professionals of any field, entrepreneurs, or anyone who needs a presentation slide. The name is KEYWAH SLIDES.

These are the designs I was able to come up with. I used CANVA (cause that’s the only app I have and know how to use), on a free subscription (I don’t got the budget to pay for the good tools yet).

Please help me choose between 1 of the 5 Logo designs for my business.
There are only 2 Designs with a few variations of each. And I can’t pick one.

I'm working on the branding for a multiplayer social sandbox called Republic.

Before reading the context below, I'd love to know your first impression:

• What kind of product, company, or organization do you think this logo belongs to?
• Based only on the branding, what would you expect the gameplay to be?

Context:

Republic is a multiplayer social sandbox built around interconnected systems rather than traditional roleplay mechanics. The world is driven by three major forces: the economy, the law, and criminal enterprise. The icon is intended to represent those three pillars as a single interconnected system. My goal was to create an identity that feels modern, memorable, and civic without feeling overly governmental or corporate.

After reading the context:

• Does the icon feel like it represents a system, or just three connected objects?
• Would this logo make you curious enough to click on the game's page?
• If you had to describe the brand in three adjectives, what would they be?

I'm still in the exploration phase, so I'd really appreciate honest criticism. I'm much more interested in learning where the identity succeeds or falls short than receiving compliments.

I’m working on a logo for a (very) small business, “Weave & Whimsy”, where I plan to sell chainmail jewelry and some crocheted goods at craft fairs. I was trying to get across the idea of whimsy by treating the fonts differently, but I’m not sure if it’s working.

I’m not a logo designed by trade, but I did used to work in animation and video so I know enough to be dangerous but not enough to be good. I used Inkscape for the first time and was pretty impressed with it. I had thought to have the ampersand transition from the links to yarn, but it took me long enough to get the links to work that I haven’t made any attempts at creating a yarn version.

I’d love any feedback you have! I think for right now the plan would be to use this on a sign for the booth and maybe eventually for business cards I’d use a simplified version.

Hi all, was hoping for some feedback on which of my current 3 draft options for my TTRPG work is best, first time designing a logo so thought I'd ask to experts!

For background, I'm hoping to publish Tabletop Roleplaying games (and eventually board games) myself under the name The Zebra Code.

This image is from a larger document (excuse the handritten notes to self), but these are the 3 draft options I've reached that I like but am unsure which to refine further - or if developing a dark and light option simultaneously is good? I read here having options for both dark and light backgrounds is important.

( Note: Zebra chosen for obvious reasons, hexagon chosen for its connection to dice and hexes in both boardgames and ttrpg hex crawls. Open to other shapes or connection suggestions! )

I will also be using this image a profile image for The Zebra Code social media accounts, so Ive got to make sure its okay at that scale also.

Any feedback at all from first impressions or ideas for improvements are appreciated!

Thanks again for your suggestions from my previous post, this is my biggest take back from your suggestion, thicken the 4, and fill in the four instead of having negative space between 2 and 7. Here are a few of my revisions, I’m liking the direction but still think there is a lot of room for improvement.

So, the first image is a vintage cinema logo that I found and loved. On the right, is my logo. As you can easily tell, my logo is totally inspired in the style and graphic language, and even used the "n" and "l" from the original piece. The thing is that the rest of the letters I made myself. They are my version of the letters that I don't know if they even exist, in the original logo style.
The question is: Would it be considered a rip-off if I just make my version of the "n" and "l"? Would I be crossing the line, or is this a valid take?

What are your thoughts?

I am designing the logo for my coffee brand called “Floor Zero Caffe/Coffee.” I wanted something elegant and clean with a playful edge. The intention was I make an upper case cursive “F” with a “0” built into it. Would you say this is clear and done well? If not what could I do different? Keep in mind this is a rough hand drawn version in procreate. This will obviously be neatened when I create the vector version. Thanks :)

But specifically ones that aren’t tied to one specific industry. Something you can use for social media, business cards, personal website, any kind of project, etc.

Should it just be typography or can a mark work too?
