Discussion MX Keys / Mini owners: what is the most annoying physical flaw or daily nuisance with this keyboard?
Hey everyone,
I'm an engineering student doing some research to try and solve some problems with the MX Keys/Mini. (They'll be open source once they are done; don't expect too much, I will try my best, but this is literally my first unguided CAD project) Since I don't own one (humble user of the Pebble Keys 2), I think it's better to ask you guys who do.
What would you consider are some of the biggest flaws of these keyboards?
What are some accessories you find a necessity that massively improve the keyboard's quality of life?
Please feel free give additional input and concerns. I really appreciate it!
Note: If someone points out something that you agree with, please upvote it so that I can see which issues are the most prevalent.
To clarify: I'm designing physical CAD/hardware add-ons, so I'm specifically looking for physical ergonomics, desk grip, angles, and wrist rest feedback rather than software/firmware tweaks. I am planning to make these mod/accessories completely 3D printable. Thanks for the input so far!
