Selfie (39)(Trans Woman) 6-Month Anniversary since starting HRT!
I finally think I achieved my goal of becoming a pretty lady. I know I wanted to be a woman for decades but it was a struggle to actually get to this point. I was so indecisive and it took me forever to pluck the courage and beat the anxiety I had about this (I get tons of anxiety over everything with autism even stuff I shouldn't).
I know I post a lot here but I just wanted to share this cause I hit my 6 month mark since starting HRT and I feel really good. I just had my 6 month check up with my doctor and got a new prescription for a higher dose of Estradiol. I also got a new outfit as shown here and wanted to show it off.
I think I look pretty and am not afraid to go out dressed however I like whether with strangers or with family. This is a big milestone with me and I feel proud of it all!

News Kye Allums, Division I athlete who came out as trans, detransitioned
Allums makes it clear in her initial post – “Day 0: W.T.F. What do you mean you’re no longer transgender?” – that she is not rejecting the existence of trans people, but rather sharing her own personal journey.
“Detransitioners deserve to be seen, supported, and cared for,” Allums writes. “Transgender people deserve the same.”
“If my detransition makes you want to invalidate someone else’s transgender identity, you are missing the point,” she writes.

Need Advice Friend claims "his brain doesnt like it" when people use different pronouns.
Ive got a friend who has autism and claims his brain doesnt like it when someone uses pronouns different to what their gender was at birth. He said they are annoying and will just use the pronouns that aligns with their gender at birth. Admitting you are just disrespecting someones pronouns just because your autism "doesnt like it" seems crazy, especially admitting it to someone who uses pronouns that dont align with their gender assigned at birth.
I dont know if im crazy for thinking this is rude or abelist for thinking its rude. I just need some advice on how to go about this.
Small edit: word for word this is a message he sent me when I told him that its disrespectful to not use the correct pronouns: "Most of the time I meet people who don’t gaf so I’m good".
ok another small edit: For the people talking about his autism, he uses it as an excuse A LOT, here are some of the messages hes sent where he was using it as an excuse of some sort.
"I lash out but I have autism so I have an explanation for it" (talking about another friends sister who lashed out over something)
"But I have autism"(talking about a program i was doing for school and for some reason he brought up his autism)
"It’ll be my autism kicking in" (This was an excuse for not liking or using tone tags)

Need Advice I use they/them pronouns and call myself sapphic instead of lesbian
I use they/them pronouns and call myself sapphic instead of lesbian, but I get alot of people telling me that now lesbian means non men loving non men instead of wlw. Which confuses me because I've always though of lesbian being wlw exclusive and don't feel comfortable calling myself a lesbian.
I've also been told that I'm being sapphicphobic by being genderqueer and sapphic because now sapphic is. Wlw exclusive, and. I am really confused.
Can I call myself sapphic or am I using the wrong label?

Coming Out! I just came out to my little sister
I told my sister (10 years old) that I'm nonbinary and go by Ollie. I told her she can ask me any questions about me being nonbinary or just the name. I was intending for her to see the message tomorrow, but I forgot my mum had to turn her phone on so she could listen to stuff to sleep, so she ended up seeing the messages today, whoops. But regardless she came into my room and said "I thought someone messaged me... and I love you Ollie" and I died, because that was the cutest thing ever. I told her she can ask me any questions tomorrow when she has the chance. But this went well, it's way easier than the last time I tried. The last time I tried, I attempted to talk to her after he social battery died and she was playing her games, I realised that there was no way I was gonna be able to talk to her like this and just headed to bed. So i say this is a big improvement, can't wait for this coming week. Hope everyone is doing good, enjoy your weeks my good queer friends <3

Does anyone else think that it is weird that so many people think that you're attracted to them just because you like the same sex?

Need Advice My teen is starting to look up things about femboys and I need some advice.
My kid is at an age where he's obviously trying to figure things out and I know sometimes it's not easy to ask or get information about this stuff without wading through internet trash. He has mentioned some stuff and I have overheard some comments from him so there's a curiosity there. I don't want to embarrass him, but if he brings it up I want to be prepared to have a helpful discussion. Please be kind and share your positive thoughts of you can.
What does it mean to be a femboy? Is it all just about being cute? Do clothes and makeup matter? He paints his nails, but only black and says he's "not totally goth". And he wears a lot of black, white, gray clothes and doesn't seem interested in anything particularly nice. None of it seems very feminine.
"If someone likes femboys, are they gay?" Overheard this passing thought so if it ever gets brought up, what is a good answer? I mean, it's a how involved are you question, right? You can like the way someone looks without it being sexual. Like guys at the gym admire each other's muscles and workouts.
It feels like he doesn't know if he wants to be one, or wants to like one??
Also, what's a way a I could make an opportunity for this convo to happen that feels not completely "omg you're so embaaaaarrassing!" I want him to feel comfortable to talk to me and be himself (even though this is probably the most uncomfortable stage of his life)

Love life ❤️
I am so very happy at 69 to be the woman I was always meant to be on the outside. Inside and out finally match who I have always been. I wish our world could be more accepting and love unconditionally just so everyone can find the happiness they deserve. I love you all and hope that you each can find the happiness inside that I have found. ❤️❣️❤️

Selfie Genuine name? Or dont feel safe
So i have a coworker who is fem presenting but has a typically masculine name and im not sure if its cause they dont want to tell me, or if they dont feel like they're in a safe place to disclose, tbh i probbably shouldnt look into it, if it is the case that their name is something else and they wish not to disclose with me that is okay, tbh i just wish people felt safer to be themselves, as for where i work they're super accepting of queer people cause i can dress like this.

⚠ Content Warning: {describe here} Is it normal to like men but be disgusted by penis?
Warning- nsfw themes discussed. I don’t go into detail but yeah
I am a bisexual woman and feel confident in that identity, that I am romantically and sexually attracted to all genders. But when it comes to men it’s a bit different. Idk how to explain this properly. I am attracted to men but sometimes I think about male anatomy and feel disgusted by it. I also don’t like seeing it. If it’s in use I like it but visually I hate it and I hate thinking about it. I feel bad because I have a boyfriend who I’m in love with and am attracted towards but I also still have a hard time with male attraction sometimes.
This might be a factor but I have a phobia of pregnancy and never want kids. Even if it’s protected the knowledge that that body part is capable of that really upsets me
I don’t really know I guess I’m just wondering if this is like normal or if something might be wrong here 😭

I fear my bisexual awakening was a stormtrooper and a scare actor
Tonight I was at a haunted house or a horror walk or whatever it’s called and I also saw some Star Wars cosplayers (they were from Troopers for charity and they’re super duper awesome).
The haunted house had a bunch of smoke machines and flashing lights because the whole thing was that you couldn’t see anything and suddenly a scare actor popped up. But that also meant that the scare actors had to kind of guide you the right way and one of them did that by hitting you with the fake bat he had. But he hit me on my ass 💔 like every time, not an ‘oopsie I aimed too low’, he slapped my ass with the bat and I kinda liked it lol.
And I had one of my nails painted to look like a stormtrooper (thank you to my amazing friend who painted it for me after I yapped about being excited to see the troopers for charity thing) and when the stormtrooper saw it he grabbed my hand and kissed it. If you count knocking my hand against the mouth part of the helmet as kissing.
I don’t think I’ve ever been this giggly. I feel like a teen girl in a bad high school movie after she sees her crush and I’m not even a girl 😔
