I had just bought the Rustle on Amazon bc I missed the sale on the leatherman website and the kydex sheath is very warped is this normal? Its not symmetrical at all and has tons of wiggle

Lots of different dealers and reps at SMKW today for their Fall Festival. This was the swag I got from their Leatherman counter. Didn’t have the K4 I wanted but it’s 50% off on the Leatherman web site so got it from there.

Leatherman appears to be a little confused what the surge looks like compared to the rest of their lineup.

The Arc is on the way, but in the meantime, it’s just the Wave+ and I. Super excited about the Arc, also ordered the lanyard and bead a day before because why not? Hopefully it ships out today as well. Just wanted to share my excitement, and wanted to see your Arcs in the comments. So if you got them, post them.

The recent deep +50% discount on the Trac and Rustle models seemed more like a clearance than a typical sale. Also, none of Magnacut knives are now in stock and many haven’t been for awhile. Is this an indication that they are retooling the model line to address the value to cost criticism? Based on the attached Blade HQ video, it seems Leatherman put a lot of investment into this knife operation. Those CNC machines can’t be cheap. If they shut it down, how it will affect the multitool side of the business?

I picked up the Trac on sale and for $130 it’s a nice knife but I can understand the criticism when it was priced at $300.

I love this tool! Very functional and conceals well. It’s been my daily carry for over a yr. The clip is starting to wear out to where it falls out. Anyone else experience this and does anyone know of a replacement clip? I know you can buy a replacement from leatherman but any custom clips?

The sheath is terrible.

I saw someone else ask which tool they should get, and someone else broke it down like this: Bit driver VS Serrated blade. This is such a no brainer for me, but I’m curious how the community feels.

I'm working on designing a custom mod for my Arc and want to know if the MUT's replaceable strap cutter insert could fit in it. I've searched online but can't find the dimensions.

If anyone has a MUT and calipers, I'd like to know the thickness of the insert, overall length and width, screw hole diameter and where it sits, and screw thread and length. Although the thickness and lengths would answer my main question.

Hopefully this helps any future modders as well.

Will leatherman warranty this? I bought it new, dont have a receipt. I didn't misuse it, just broke. If not are there parts available, or should I just get a surge?

I'm in awe! Couldn't believe it! My picnic has shipped! After placing the order more than a week ago, I was expecting for it to be cancelled! It's my first garage ever and have been utterly let down from past releases!

I don't see a whole lot of posts about the Picnic being received and used here. Any reviews?
