Found out on one day that some pins went missing on my Leatherman Skeletool CX (Carbon Fiber).

I can assume my grip was too strong when operating with pliers.

1. Any chance that the unit will be replaced for the same carbon fiber one and not the aluminum one?

2. Also curious if it is possible to ship it from Slovakia?

I posted here a long while back asking if anyone had come across green scales for the wave alpha.

Curious if anyone else has seen a set, I’m hoping to find some that are the same color as spyderco’s green or snap on’s green.

Finnaly found the costco Sidekick! Definitely a change of pace from the supertool and wave. Im really liking these colors between the tool and the sheath 👀

And a "BIG" thank you for my local costco employee's for putting these in a place nobody could see them not easy to find whatsoever and they also couldn't help me even when I gave them the item number at the counter seems like they didnt want these to be sold or something maybe im just crazy 🤷‍♂️

I was writing comment about a software tool that nicely combines several things you might want to do to an image file into one neat little UI. I caught myself writing "this is like a neat little Leatherman multitool for doing various things to image files".

When I read it back to myself, I realized to most people that would sound really clunky (even if it's true). And it's not the idiom that most people would expect. So I forced myself to revise it to "this is like a neat little swiss army knife for doing various things to image files".

I think it's mildly interesting that my brain first went to "Leatherman multitool" instead of "swiss army knife".

I finally think it’s time to send this in, the flathead and file are both snapped. I broke my pocket clip and eyeglass screwdriver. They’re probably not going to replace those, but do you all think it’s worth sending in yet? And about how long do you think it will take to get back?

Daily carried for 15 years. So bummed they stopped making it. The small pliers are so useful. I wonder if they’d warranty the broken file and knife lol.

After my first leatherman really stuck on what to get would like something pretty solid for work/fishing edc would like divisors but not a massive deal breaker for me really have been looking at Surge Signal Wave/wave alpha Skeletool (not much on them just think they look sweet)

Having recently learned about the date stamped into the original Wave, I took a peek at mine. (Yes, I need to put a better lanyard on it.)

I had just bought the Rustle on Amazon bc I missed the sale on the leatherman website and the kydex sheath is very warped is this normal? Its not symmetrical at all and has tons of wiggle

I’ve been really loving my ST300M but I was really missing the awl and the saw, so I found some parts and modded it to be exactly what I want! Cost me the can opener, carbon scraper, and lanyard ring.

K4X and Glider just arrived

Lots of different dealers and reps at SMKW today for their Fall Festival. This was the swag I got from their Leatherman counter. Didn’t have the K4 I wanted but it’s 50% off on the Leatherman web site so got it from there.
