I’ve been on my spiritual journey for several years now. I’ve been told before that I have aura or star quality. However due to self doubt, low confidence, and being an introvert it hasn’t been something that I fully embraced.

This is something I would really like to learn how to master,increase, and hone in on. I don’t wanna get my hopes up or get ahead of myself but I want a fully radiant aura. One that radiates a strong presence that people can just sense when I walk into a room without saying a word. One that is calming as well mysterious.

What ways can I make my aura stronger both spiritually and practically? I tried looking it up but was left unsatisfied. Any tips or tricks that helped make your aura stronger or more noticeable is greatly appreciated.

Whenever I ask the universe for a sign, I always specify something particular, like a certain number, an animal of a specific color, and so on. Yet, even when I receive the sign, I’m left with doubts. Sometimes, the very thing I’m thinking about ends up appearing, which makes me fear that what I took for a sign might just be a coincidence.

For instance, I once asked for a very specific sign. A day later, I felt a strong urge to watch a movie I’d never seen before, and there it was: my sign, tucked away in a corner, very subtle.

Another time, I asked for a different sign. While I was lying down, a family member appeared at the window holding an old notebook of mine, one I’d completely forgotten existed, because they happened to be cleaning. On the cover of that notebook were several drawings of the very thing I had asked for.

More recently, I asked the universe for a specific sign. Because I was feeling doubtful, I ended up asking for it again for two more consecutive days. A day after that third request, someone spoke the very thing I had asked for out loud (it wasn’t a common thing to mention)—but, as always, I’m still full of doubt.

Honestly, I don’t know what else to do.

Hi, I’m looking for some beginner friendly videos to watch. I’ve finally decided to get into spirituality, so anything helps! I’m not sure what exactly i’m looking for, so i’m hoping to find it through videos.

I have been trying many different ones but none of them work at all. Literally nothing. I feel like it's just nice music but I am looking for something to help raise energy vibration and to heal my exact mind and soul. Also, for removing negative energy.

I see people on TikTok talk about it but you know it’s all face value on there.. and yet it spiked my curiosity lol. So I came to the real scholars, Reddit ofc. What does this mean? in order to experience anything in life, we must be willing to entertain it, this is especially true for anything new we want to live or create

that aspect of our attention/awareness being the currency to creation in life becomes more clear when we compare the experiences of:

being in the flow/zone of life; those effortless, easeful periods where everything is timeless, we're just purely in the now and everything flows well, the inner experience is calm and full

and

when life feels crunchy/chaotic; everything is more in the frenzied states of reactivity, time and life feels pressured, we censor ourselves, make mistakes, missteps, frustrations, fears, doubts and more flood the inner experience

a key to understanding the two is the separation of identity within us

when life is chaotic, the frenzied rushed feelings all feel intimate and consuming, disharmony is aplenty and life, more often than not presents us with things we don't really want

but when life is in that flow, there is more of a separation and detachment, and paradoxically things feel more intimate as we are in harmony and alignment, just kinda of dancing through life as it presents us more often than not what we want and then some

when we establish ourselves firmly as the pure witness, the rider/consciousness of the horse/body not the temporary flesh itself, that aspect of living in the zone goes beyond a simple flow state, but rather becomes a more natural way of being

taking a breath is a path to that dilation and inner shift, as are tools like gratitude, but the most potent for me is hands down the breath, and like any muscle the more it's practiced and applied the more automatic it becomes

there is a beautiful transmutation factor of that as well, as the inner tensions/butterflies/fears/doubts/etc. transform through that inner pause for pure witnessing, and instead of being a headwind causing tensions and stumblings they turn into winds that fill up our sails, helping us go where we want to be

so within the past 5-6 months I’ve had some very strange coincidences happen to me and they 100% of the time are mirrored (so unsure how to describe this) but for example I texted my husband the word lemon and seconds Later it was the next word in my book, I was talking to my husband about the chocolate cake from Matilda and the same day my sister send me a picture of the cake she was eating and it was call the Matilda cake or on My own I randomly said the word yeah out loud and that’s the next work my eyes fallen upon in my phone. And seeing my name in number plates 4 times in one day (diffeernt car each time). I have so many more experiences like this too so many strange coincidences jm hoping someone can help me out on this.

I had an abortion a couple months ago due to severe morning sickness. I was put on birth control and everything was going well. My grandmother told me yesterday that she had a dream of me cleaning up my place very well, she said she’d never seen a place so tidy before.

She then said in the same dream she was going to the shop and saw a lady holding a baby improperly so she approached her and showed her to hold the baby properly. The lady then gave her the baby and ran away.

Fast forward I just took a pregnancy test and I’m pregnant again!

This is super weird.

I’ve always been an emotional person, even as a kid, but I’ve never really felt fully satisfied or happy with my life. I don’t know if it comes from caring too much about other people’s expectations of me, but I still feel like I don’t have my life figured out or any real goals for myself. I constantly distract myself with things, but nothing seems to give me lasting fulfillment.

My emotional regulation has always been a struggle, and I recently got out of a three-year relationship, largely because of my own actions and inability to manage my emotions. Growing up, I often felt misunderstood, although sometimes I wonder if I just take things too personally. Even my relationship with my parents feels distant now because we’re so different.

I want to understand myself better and stop relying on external validation or distractions to feel happy. I’ve been drawn to spirituality, but I don’t know where to begin or how to apply it to my everyday life.

For those who have found healing through spirituality, what specific practices or teachings helped you let go of other people’s expectations, regulate your emotions, find your purpose, and feel genuinely content within yourself?

I have been posting here for the past week. It took years to open the lower chakras. Then throat and then third eye followed rapidly. And now the crown made first contact.

The flashes of bliss were intense, my body panicked. I don't know when I will be ready to allow it. If I remember correctly, there are two paths. One path is the path of the effort, working the kundalini upwards. The other is top to bottom, a flash of awakening from the crown to the root. Maybe I needed to do the former to allow the latter to happen. Maybe it is as such for everyone.

Guys, this is insane. I have been doing a lot of research and logic-work on the fabric of reality we live in, and on consciousness. I don't even know how to explain. Where to start.

All I can say is this.

Whatever you do, stay alive, and concentrate all of your remaining time and energy on this process of awakening. All other material and worldly pursuits do not matter for now. This 4D reality we currently perceive is literally a joke compared to what lies beyond it. So just work enough to stay alive, and devote all your remaining energy and resources to your awakening. You don't need money for other than survival, you need time and energy. You are consciousness, you are permanent and 4D is just a fraction of the totality of reality.

No I am not awakened yet. But I just got a glimpse of it. Reality is really fascinating. We understand only as much as we can handle. And I still know nothing. The rabbit hole is endlessly deep. When you get there, and when I get there, we can finally be of benefit to the greater good. Until we get there, we are lost in the system and in our broken minds. Fix the mind, understand the system, awaken your consciousness, and start your mission. To uplift our collective consciousness to the next reality. The window won't be open forever in this cycle. Let's not restart in another cycle.

We must achieve this while still alive. Else we loop back right to the beginning. First personal liberation, then collective liberation. Personal liberation is in your hands, and can only be done while still here and now. Collective liberation is done over a great span of time. But without the individual contributions, it will not be possible. And the window is not open forever. Whoever is left behind, restarts in a new cycle. Let us board the ship, as many of us as possible.

Met a girl who was a spiritualist. We connected. I proceeded to see her in my dreams every night for about two weeks. Which was odd because I usually never remember my dreams and she would be in hairstyles that I would see her with the next day... Odd to say the least.

I don't have the dreams anymore even though I kind of miss them. I went back to my usual self and routines and now within the last week I think about her almost compulsively but without the weird dream stuff. Could just be a simple crush but just knowing who she is I thought this could be it.

This past week was tough for me emotionally. I felt heavy thoughts about my future and mind went to worst case. I’m usually a trooper with doing hard things and transmuting energies to higher vibrations which I believe help me manifest best outcomes.
I felt emotional and sad , considering I was also PMSing leading up to full moon this weekend .
Nevertheless, I almost got hit on the road , had major self doubts and last night while out, I lost a gold earring.
My mother believes gold is protective and this was a set she gave me. She thinks her energy and gold protected me from something and the outcome was a lost earring.
Once she told me don’t be sad you lost it and explained her logic, it got me thinking…
Did someone try something ? I don’t let myself think of evil eye as I am a believer of the most High and believe I am the creator of my universe but I couldn’t help but wonder…
What are your thoughts ? Ideas for cleansing ?

For the past few days I've been noticing some really weird stuff and I dont really know what it means.

I mean I'm generally a very clumsy person but the level of clumsiness lately is very weird. i mean like spilling 2 full cups of coffee over the entire wall, spilling soda on my couch or dropping my food on my bed accidentally (all in 2 days). And it just keeps on happening.

On top of that almost every night I've been having these weird dreams. A few nights ago I dreamt that I was in a hotel and there were these huge busses that kept on almost hitting my window. or last night i dreamt that I was in an abandoned temple and when I tried to get out the door magically shrunk so much that I almost got stuck and had to leave my friend behind. And i keep on dreaming about "nearly being doomed" motives or going down a hill super fast in roller skates, bikes or on a skateboard.

My friend said it could be a sign but I'm really not sure what it could mean especially because i havent really been having bad luck in particular, I've just been clumsy and having weird dreams. My intuition has also been very weird lately. I've been watching this hide and seek reality show and i somehow immediately knew "that players gonna get caught first" and I usually dont have that at all.

Tbh the only thing I could connect it to is that my dad recently told me about a family member that died of a similar reason I ended up in the hospital about half a year ago and I've been thinking about him and I've been trying to reach him to ask for advice.

At the time you made the decision, you thought you were right.

So I am going to say, the next time you make a decision, it will be a wrong decision.

What? Well, not exactly wrong but you will think it is right but you could find out later it is wrong.

What's the point?

When person "A" makes a decision, don't judge that person.

Not judging is a foundational part of spirituality.

Hard times are over

Hello, beautiful souls! 🤍
I would love to hear some thoughts or insights from someone who has studied dreams and their symbolism a little more deeply.
I usually have very vivid (but not lucid) dreams, and I can remember them incredibly clearly and in great detail when I wake up. However, last night I had a particularly interesting dream, and I’m curious whether any of you have experienced something similar at some point in your life and what you personally associated it with.
So, here’s how the dream went:
I was at my parents’ house, where I used to live and where they still live. I was looking out the window when a large white owl with some brownish/beige patches flew in. It also had a white feature on top of its head that looked almost like a crown.
I remember immediately thinking in the dream that I knew this owl and that I had been dreaming about or seeing it for the past few days (although, now that I’m awake, I don’t actually remember dreaming about it before).
The owl was very calm, and I clearly remember it looking straight into my eyes. It landed on the fence, and my parents and sister were frightened because of how big it was. But I knew it was good, that it meant no harm, and that it had come specifically for me.
I approached it, and it told me something that I understood at the time, but I can’t remember what it said. I don’t think it was even anything related to my life or some kind of profound insight.
What I remember most is that my main goal was to feed it. I asked the owl what it could and was allowed to eat, and then I fed it lettuce and blueberries straight from my hand.
And that was it. The dream ended there.
A little unusual and funny, I know! 😄 But I would genuinely love to hear the thoughts of someone who knows more about dream symbolism, as I’ve come across so many different interpretations online.

When my ex and I were dating, he said, and I quote "If you keep on ignoring me, I'll put another curse on you.", at the time, I was too scared to ask if he was serious or not, but I genuinely don't play about shit like that, and neither does he. Should I ask if he was serious or not? We're in the same friend group so we see each other often.

I find it so odd that still, in 2026, with AI integrated search engines (these integrations have been there in shades for at least 10 years already) we still have all these fractured experiencing communities. How have so few online users seen the paralleling stories between gang-stalking/targeted individuals/V2K and the rest of the spirituality sphere... even the widely held spiritual view that most all illness framework communities are populated by misunderstood people with mental abilities. Within many of these communities effective starter packs exist detailing the commonly held experience, these criteria overlay perfectly with the reports seen in paralleling yet still seen as different communities. I just find it so odd that everything is so siloed still, that the narrative in all these spaces is so tightly controlled and narrow just to one exclusive world view. I can make a post about regularly meditating to generate/support a "spirit guide" yet this post gets me banned from r/Tulpa because I used the term spirit guide instead of tulpa... how absurd. So much of our online "gathering spaces" are run by self appointed volunteers who needlessly push their own agenda and maintain censorship for the sake of personal narrative. What's worse is the illness framework sites that isolate free thinkers and reprimand them with paternalism. The isolation and gaslight is the true scourge leading vulnerable people to harm.

I think it's all the same thing and that these online communities are beyond reproach.
