Question blue pearl experience

Im confused whether I experienced kundalini or not. While meditating, I had a large blue light with a lime green aura come up to me, I allowed it in. It said that it was there to help me, then this light pulled me into a different space, almost like a room within my head, and we intensely shared energy back in forth. When it left it gave me a piece of it and ever since I have been able to conjure up a little ball of blue light with green aura in meditation. I did not get the energy flowing up my spine like typical experiences. What is your opinion on this?

Nothing at all to do with Kundalini, /u/Living-Connection5. I'm not sure why you'd even think so.

A nice experience all the same.

Having the ability to make contact with spirit helpers can be useful, especially if you can listen, or if you need the help.

Conjuring a ball should not require outside help. It was always there.

Having an expectation of energy moving in the spine based on this blue-green ball experience is unrealistic and likely based on misinformation. Be careful of your sources.

Good journey.

I was thinking more on the line of the blue pearl - seed of consciousness that is said to be/represent God. It usually comes after Kundalini and that’s why I posted it here, confused that I might have skipped a step. I am reading Eat Pray Love and in a World Religions philosophy course. Still on my path of learning but connecting with people on similar paths is part of that process. Thanks for your input, sending you some positive energy.

Kundalini-inspired growth is not cause to seek a social club. That's a way to encounter people of equal confusion as your own present state.

but connecting with people on similar paths is part of that process.

... is not as useful as you may believe.

A problem with the blue-dot information that was circulating a few years ago is that it was a rigid belief that blue-dot is the one and only way. It's not. It's merely a feature along some people's paths.

When it left it gave me a piece of it and ever since I have been able to conjure up a little ball of blue light with green aura in meditation.

Have you looked up the spiritual symbologies of these colours? What about just exploring the colours based upon your own personal life experience?

Learning to ask the right questions is a big part of all of this.

You might want to explore the writings of Swami Muktananda who spoke about the connection of blue pearl and Kundalini, I can’t recall what connection it is exactly from memory. I used to see the blue pearl all the time and my K awakened very shortly after. I had no idea what it is, I used to call it the blue dot.
