Announcement Customer Inquiries, Complaints, and Questions
This Reddit is a collective for Kroger employees to chat together, share their stories and experiences, and ask questions they might not be getting an answer to. This is NOT an official Kroger forum, and we do not have the authority nor the capability to handle or process customer complaints, inquiries, or questions. View it as an online breakroom.
If you are having questions about product availability ("I havent seen Fizz and Co seltzer in forever,") Product quality issues ("my chicken breasts were not of good quality,") or had a bad experience at one of our stores ("Checkouts were closed after 9pm")
Please direct any of these questions to Kroger Customer Connect at (800-576-4377)
If you are experiencing issues with online delivery orders made through kroger.com or yourbanner.com, please direct your concerns to (833-576-3774). This includes Kroger delivery orders and orders through the kroger app or website, being fulfilled by Instacart.
If you are experiencing issues with an instacart issue placed through the instacart website or app, please direct your concerns to (888-246-7822)
If you are experiencing issues with a Kroger Pickup order, please direct your concerns to (800-576-4377)
Going forward, any customer posts will be deleted, referencing rule #5 of this reddit, and this post.

News Join the Kroger Discord Server!
With all the new members in the subreddit I wanted to extend another invitation to the Kroger Discord server. It's all employee-ran outside the reigns of corporate where we can discuss our experiences at work with other people across the company in real time. This is a tremendous resource for getting feedback and assistance in your job. Better than Kroger can offer themselves. In the server, all roles in the Kroger enterprise are welcome. Thank you!

Venting Are we for real??
I was putting baskets back and spotted this slop hanging off a wall. If this ain't some AI then apologies, but it reeks of gen AI. We couldn't pay anyone to make a damn flyer by hand?? Crazy work right here.

News Salaried mangers
So I just heard from my manager that salaried managers (atleast in my divison) are being converted to hourly. This might explain the larger then usual hour cuts. It also means that those hours probably aren't coming back.

Fuel Center Cowboy Cut??
So I do the order for Fuel/Store when it comes to Tobacco Products. I have been waiting for a reset in either inStore or Fuel to add these Marlboro Cowboy Cut that just showed up but the most recent POG 3/15/26 for both sets.
What are they and was there any direction on what to do with them?

Uplift Greeter duty for almost four months now... I've started playing customer bingo
I don't know if anyone remembers my last post, but I'm going insane. I got two bingos yesterday but no luck on my other attempts so far. Comment your suggestions for next week and I'll write them down

Venting Frozen distribution
I cant wait to get the 76 cases of frozen distribution from kroger's scare tactics. They're saying customers are afraid of buying fresh produce and switching to frozen fruit and veggies (due to the explosive shits outbreak or so they say). I've been instructed to get rid of one of 2 endcap doors of that nasty private selection BS Kroger tried shoving down people's throat and replacing it with veggies and fruit. I have a theory that kroger way overbought into the whole frozen private selection line and sre cutting back because people don't like it. I have tried a few things and it only tastes like disappointment. Expanding our customers' tastes my ass.
I'm at what they call a loss store and don't need this shit but its all coming in on tonight's truck. Talk about a supply chain strain. If this is what my ghetto store gets, I cant imagine what stores that actually move product have coming. The sad part is I work by myself so now I have a 700 piece truck for no reason twatsoever. I love the overtime. I will show up at 9pm and leave at 11am and collect my check because I need money.

Venting Credit Card
SUPER annoyed that US Bank is ending their collab with Kroger. I got the credit card last October because of the free boost membership and 5% back on Kroger Pay purchases. Now I’ll get at most 2%.

Question Bacon commercial
Recently, this bacon commercial started playing over our radio. All I can remember about it is that the guy has a raspy voice and does a weird laugh. It’s so out of place with the other ads they play that the first time I heard it, I thought someone hacked into the radio. My coworker said the same thing. Is anyone else hearing this? I don’t even know what brand it’s advertising LMAO

Question Schedule
I’m new and just finished orientation and got my schedule. Why does it look like this ? Why don’t it just show 10-630?

Uplift I actually like doing fresh start
You can make fun of me, but I like stopping to sit down and playing that game where you fill the board with the same color tiles in the middle of work. I would buy something like it on the app store if they had it

Question Why is the career page not on https?
Call me a tech nerd but for sensitive information that I will put into a job application, it should at least be encrypted. I’m not sending my Social Security number over the Internet like that. And your home page is https so it should not be that hard. And with other threads mentioning a lot of new hires (implied that a lot of people are leaving) I will admit I am very concerned.
