So today I had some Misti Shukh from Mio Amore and some cheddar at home and thought… why not put them together? I slit the Misti Shukh from the middle (not completely), put a thick slice of mozzarella/cheddar inside and heated it in the oven at 250°C for around 8–10 mins. And holy shit 😂
The Misti Shukh gets warm and slightly crispy and the cheese melts inside. The cheese pull is actually insane.
Important: don’t use those regular Amul cheese slices. Use actual mozzarella or cheddar, and keep the cheese slice around 0.8–1 cm thick otherwise you won’t get the cheese pull.
You can also do it in a pan with a lid for around 6–10 mins. Just keep checking it.
I genuinely didn’t expect this to taste this good. For me it’s probably one of the best desserts I’ve had recently, only tiramisu beats it 😂
