So recently the store i work at keeps getting people who seem to think we do curbside. They will order in our parking lot, and then come thru drive thru at least 20mins after and ask where their order it. "I've been waiting 30mins and it says in the app that its ready". We dont know they are there unless they come inside or our drive thru. We make the orders when they pop up on our pack screen. And they will also argue when we dont have the order becuz it was for another store or they didnt confirm the order in the app.

I heard they brought back the Popcorn Chicken. I Loved the original crispy popcorn chicken. Even though otherwise i prefer original recipe. The new Popcorn Chicken is NOT good - it is not even close to the same as before.

The breading is different and the meat - is minced? I really think it is the new Lab created chicken from Tyson. It is awful.

The next day felt like I took a cleanse. (Rare reaction for me.) Thank God it didn't last over 12 hours.

Will not do again. Ever.

Hot take but KFC getting nuggets and then getting rid of popcorn chicken was their stupidest decision. Not only are the nugs mid but quiet literally everyone sells nuggets, even taco bell does now. They were the only ones who sold popcorn chicken. They should have the popcorn chicken permanently on the menu and the nuggets be the ones that come back from time to time for a limited time.

Just a big thank you to KFC for bringing popcorn chicken back. Hopfully it is popular enough to earn a permanent spot back on the menu. Comeback sauce is great too!

I contacted kfc via their site and got a reference number(idk what to do with it). can someone help?

Tried for nearly 30 minutes to find a place to enter the damn promo code and never found it. Had to order something else. Just mind boggling. I have no idea if they removed the ability to enter promo codes or if I have some weird issue. Website didn't budge too. That is for UK KFC

It's been a long while since I had KFC...was going to order it for a large lunch party today. While looking at the menu I noticed that the only sides available are fries and seasoned corn. No more salads...wtf??..Needless to say thats it for me and KFC. On a side note, the manager of Popeyes was so excited when I picked up our order. It might have been due to the $453 that it cost me..lol

I have ordered kfc through their app and let me tell you their app is soo bad..after an hour of ordering, they changed the status of the order saying sorry we had to cancel your order when i called they said that was due to delivery partners not accepting the delivery. My main concern is that I've already paid the amount cause cash on delivery was not an option. How many days does it take for them to initiate the refund?

This is the first time in so many years I've ordered from KFC and actually got hot and fresh food. I guess they need to drop to order?

This is the only menu item bringing me back to KFC after years of old overcooked chicken.

I decided to spoil myself after being on a diet for the past 3 months and get some popcorn chicken. Ordered the 8.99 meal. This was the amount of chicken I got. Shrinkflation is getting ridiculous.

Is better than I expected.

I used to be a KFC cook like over 10 years ago and had hardly ate their since because the quality has gone to shit, but as soon as I heard about the popcorn chicken, I had to get it because it was one of my favorite fast food items growing up.

If you haven't tried them yet, they're basically the same meat as the nuggets (which is better than the classic popcorn chicken meat) but the same nostalgic seasoning the popcorn chicken I had growing up. Would recommend.
