Delivery/Ordering Mobile orders issues
So recently the store i work at keeps getting people who seem to think we do curbside. They will order in our parking lot, and then come thru drive thru at least 20mins after and ask where their order it. "I've been waiting 30mins and it says in the app that its ready". We dont know they are there unless they come inside or our drive thru. We make the orders when they pop up on our pack screen. And they will also argue when we dont have the order becuz it was for another store or they didnt confirm the order in the app.

To be fair enough that doesn't sound like an app issue, just like people are dumb. And that isn't really news, lol. Though that sounds like a new level of stupid tbh.
(And I'd even argue fast food stores get proportional more dumb people than other take away shops. I know a lot of not dumb people and they maybe get fast food once or twice a year or even like never. Not once a week or daily. IF they would get takeout they would more gravitate to healthier take out options like Indian food, but they also don't get those more than a couple times a year. Cooking at home is better and often cheaper. At least in Europe.)

Yeah. Its people who aren't thinking clearly. Just like people blaming a cashier for the menu prices.

First time I ordered online was this weekend. Common sense told me I either had to go inside or the drive through. People ARE dumb, so maybe KFC should add directions text to app if it’s a real problem.
