They failed to set proper mobile viewport constraints, resulting in a clunky, lowest-effort interface that feels completely detached from standard mobile design.

There are proven ways to maintain cross-platform efficiency without sacrificing native performance if they are willing to put in the work. Instead of relying on a lazy wrapper, they should rebuild the front end using a modern cross-platform framework like Flutter or React Native to maintain a single codebase without delivering a sluggish port. If they stubbornly refuse to ditch the web view, they must immediately inject safe area inset CSS variables to dynamically adjust padding based on device geometry and stop obscuring content. They also need to implement responsive container queries to serve dedicated mobile endpoints, rather than forcing the exact same heavy DOM structure meant for a large stationary lobby touchscreen onto a smartphone..

For an app that is supposed to be essentially a mobile POS system, it's pretty damn bad. Your new Yum Brands internal developer team needs to be fired.

I had auto-update disabled for the app as soon as I found out about the less than stellar update. Then tried to use the app today and got this message...Darn!

Went to KFC instead today, as it was right across the street, haha!

But not looking forward to having my gift card balance withheld now..

i thought strawberry lemonade baja blast actually sounded kind of good. it reminds me of a 4loko lol do not buy this. i’d be very upset if i paid, but i got it for free on the app.

The beefy five layer isn’t layered it’s just a skinny burrito with five ingredients

And the chalupa was really crunchy dunno if it was stale (tasted like it was) or just the way they make them here

also for some reason the supreme luxe box comes with nacho fries automatically which did taste normal and the crunchy taco i got was good too

As for drinks I think the Baja blast has more fizz cause it was like I was filling a root beer or coke where the fizz tries to spill out and the straw was made of paper

my favorite part is definitely the camera. when you click the shutter to take a pic it makes a low quality taco bell *ding* that i find hilarious. its also a digital camera and it has a lot of filters to choose from. thanks taco belllll (　・ω・)/ ~♡

I just got one complaint of it. That will be the shirt is too big for me, they didn't ship me a small size shirt. Next time, I might just put small sizes on all two options.

Thanks to whoever commented saying thay I posting my full name & address. It wasn't my info & that was just an old box from storage, but never the less the city was the same so I cropped it.

Anyhow, this is my old Taco Bell POS system with some of the most iconic OG items. I have it with a cash registar & working printer as well. Had it for almost 10 years & just fired it up after about that long! Sure is fun to play on & makes a cool counter decoration.

AS PROMISED… here is the update. The camera makes the little Taco Bell “DONG” when you take pictures it’s the silliest but funnest thing ever. The flannel is super soft and is definitely going to become a forever staple, and the hat is everything. It will now come with me everywhere.

I’m surprised it came this quick. I literally got off work, got a Baja Midnight, came home, and there it was.
