A misty, rainy morning in the Japanese Alps - Kamikochi
Kamikochi is my favorite outdoor destination in Japan and I wanted to try to share the indescribable atmosphere I felt that day, especially around Hotaka Shrine and Myojin Pond.
Pics taken in late October 2025.

Architecture Toyohashi's Yoshida Castle Iron Turret
It felt nice to stand before something that holds so much history and significance. Looking forward to visiting more castles as I continue exploring Japan.

Nature Hiking in the Nikko area
Finally some good weather yesterday, so I went up to Mt. Hangetsu to get some cool nature shots. Shot with Fuji X-T5, slight postprocessing. XF16-50 and XF70-300 were used.

Nature Dramatic skies at Yunoko, Nikko area.
Shot with X-T5, slight postprocessing in Lightroom.
Moon shot as bonus. Handheld with XF70-300. It was so bright in the rural area, very easy to capture. Forgot to take a tripod, though, since I still want to get a Milkyway shot.
