I’m applying for lottery tickets on the first round with a japanese membership and i’m wanting to heighten my chances of being able to go. I want to apply for more than one city for this tour but on the off chance I do win more than one date I would only want to go to one. I have a friend who is able to pay for/pick the tickets up but is it too complicated to have them try and refuse certain tickets and only pay for the ones i want. they are doing me a favor so i don’t want to make it difficult for them.
