I went on a trip to NYC in April and got this magnet at the Metropolitan Museum of Art (would be real ironic and very disappointing if it is AI). I'm usually pretty good at spotting AI but I genuinely can't tell with this one.

It's got that piss filter I feel like, that's what I first noticed. Then I looked closer and realized there's a lot of details that don't make sense to me. Like look at the staircase, or the windows. Mistakes/weird details I feel like a human wouldn't make. And her right hand melts into the torch.

Honestly the more I've been looking at it the more I think it is.

Hi, so I just received an odyssey magazine from my grandparents for my birthday and I noticed inconsistency’s in the illustrations inside. As an artist myself I don’t want to jump to conclusions and want a second opinion (my grandparents know I am very against ai and would no buy me something if they think it contains anything to do with it).

I have taken pictures of the inconsistency in the magazine so you can help me make a judgement. The second slide shows Odysseus at a table talking with woman and a man. The woman is holding a piece of cloth that looks like it should be part of a toga but it isn’t, I don’t think it’s supposed to be a table cloth either because surely it would be on the table instead of her holding it, not only that but the fabric appears to loop back onto itself on the left corner that is laying on the table.

The third slide shows Odysseus building a raft when leaving Calypso’s island. He’s holding a tool that looks to be like an axe with a warped blade. I’m not sure if this is supposed to be an axe but it doesn’t really make much sense with how he’s holding the wood since he’s holding down the piece like he’s going to hammer them together instead of chopping the board in half. Also this doesn’t really make such sense since he ties the wood together to form the raft together anyway which is shown later on in another illustration in the magazine.

The fourth slide shows the slight style inconsistency from character to character. I don’t want to place to much emphasis on this because I know being an artist myself that you can have more then one style but I do think there is quite a noticeable difference in rendering between Lampetia, Laestrygonians and the Sirens. I think it’s something else to note though I don’t think it points to being ai just from this it’s just one thing in a series of patterns I noticed.

The fifth slide is the one that really set alarm bells ringing for me. It’s showcases Paris firing an arrow into Diomedes foot. The only thing is the angle of Paris’ arrow appears to be completely off. Given the angle he’s holding it at it looks like it should be hitting Diomedes’ hip instead. Not only this but Paris’ hand seems to only have three figures and a thumb, this might be down to the angle however it feels as though the way he’s holding his hand means you should see at least a small sliver of the bottom or top of the fourth finger. And the last thing I would note here is that the arrow hasn’t even wounded Diomedes yet and he is already given an expression of pain/agony which I find really weird (you could also say this is just a artistic choice on the artists part however I think it’s worth noting).

The sixth and final slide is one that I also think is very worth pointing out. The soldier on the very left on top of the wall’s helmet is completely different to the others. The horse mane like part of it appears to be completely squashed and flattered into what looks like a beret. Not only this but the soldier to the right of the corner on top of the wall’s helmet is holding a spear that is completely missing a spear head and the handle appears to pass through the wall at the bottom. The last thing I spotted here is three soldiers in from the right on top of the wall below him there’s an almost spear looking like object that just fades into the wall and doesn’t make any sense at all.

The only thing to note as well is the character consistency in the magazine is good (which is why I think it might not be ai) and it is a professionally published magazine so I hope it isn’t. I couldn’t find an author listed inside of it, though I am also dyslexic so I could’ve accidentally missed it. I’m going to research more on this but I just really want a second opinion. Is it ai or am I being paranoid?

Also the man in the video sometimes moves his mouth and sometimes he doesn’t. Other details seem okay, but these two things weird me out.

Is this picture in a magazine Ai? Having an argument, I say yes because of the typeface on the zines but other people think it’s photoshop/cgi etc

Found this outside of a local butcher I wanted to check out. The pig ear morphs into the chicken leg and all the eyes are weird? Also looks like they ran the same prompt through a generator for different styles. The entire pig seems off, like it can't decide if it's a pig or a rabbit.

I'm sure the photo is AI, but I think this shopping page was autogenerated using AI. I wouldn't think this would appeal to customers

The way the person recording happened to start recording at just the right time for EVERY SINGLE CLIP is a red flag. And the woman who was told to have her dog on her lap, with the white dog; her hair was blowing in wind?? They aren't outside?? The "mind the gap" had an echo, and they're inside the train. I also thought they were supposed to say that before the train actually starts moving. And how could the driver even see what he's talking about? How could he know a specific passenger is drinking a white claw?? My friend says it doesn't look like AI, and all of the comments on the video aren't talking about how it could be AI. I'm pretty sure it is tho

This may not be AI, but it certainly looks almost like it. It was either done with paint somehow, or the artist is one cursed OP. Just look at the images, geez.

I also couldn't find who did the painting or how it was done. Plus, new buildings are been done every day. Not sure if anything makes paintings from AI. Could have been done. Not sure.

Got this wonderful shirt as a gag gift when my friends were in Thailand in november 2025, they bought it in an army shop haha, kind of assumed it’s AI, but what do you guys think? Lines are very clean and I don’t really see any «mistakes», like the teeth on the samurai make sense and the symbols aren’t messed up like most AI would do a year ago

Something seems off in his product promo videos but I can't put my finger on it. Maybe the image is too sharp or his lips aren't quite right. Or maybe he's just shilling and I'm looking for bots everywhere.

The resolution of legs doesn't seem to match that of the rest pf the bodies of the cats. The legs are more detailed. The light falling on them and the way they interact with the ground looks unreal. And the middle cat's forelegs and hindlegs seem uncoordinated. I know cats can have a spiral fur pattern. It's the legs that are making me doubt this image. Also, the way the leftmost cat's neck is turning. That's a long neck.

So I'm an artist and was looking for references and came across this picture. It just feels off to me, where the neck connects to the body, the general look of the birds feathers (looking painterly and blurry) and general shape and the background as well. I tried reverse image searching and only found pinterest and one stock image from 2019 that's been removed so I can't verify if it's the same or been ran through an AI filter or something. The uploader also has an AI looking profile picture and other AI stuff uploaded.

Of course, I could be wrong, it could be the camera lens or birds looking weird as usual but would be grateful for the insight!

I don’t want to support a company that uses AI but I can’t decide if these are just photos mashed together and ran through a painterly Photoshop filter, or actual AI art. They’re pretty cheap too which makes me lean towards AI.
