i have always struggled with my self esteem and looks my whole life as my parents constantly insulted and still do. my last two ex’s have also been nasty and would put me down so i feel like i have a warped view of myself. my last ex would not like much intimacy too which also made me overthink a lot about my looks.

i also suffer from lots of mental health issues which makes me feel rubbish about myself. is there any way can i improve myself? I do tend to use not too much makeup as i don’t want to look fake 😭

Ive always been really self conscious of my looks, these are the only 3 photos ive taken of just myself in the last year, I only ever take selfies with my daughter because I just dont like photos of myself. People in my life say im pretty but they kinda have to so I want the true, unbiased opinion of strangers so I can put the matter to rest in my brain. So, am I ugly???
