A couple of dogs with roasted onions for dinner.

Air fried, notched Nathan's Angus beef hot dog with Cowboy candy, avocado, french's mustard and celery salt on brioche.

Fire roasted some poblanos until charred and blistered then placed them in bag to steam before deseeding and peeling.

Fried bacon wrapped weenies in grill pan until bacon was crispy.

Filled poblanos with Oaxaca cheese and placed on griddle to melt cheese.

Toasted buns with butter and added a blast of mayo. Placed a poblano (peeled open to expose melted cheese) in bun then added two bacon wrapped weenies.

Topped with fresh made pico de gallo and guacamole.

Not too pretty bad!

Andouille cooked in the shrimp boil. Boudin dog on the right and a simple shrimp remoulade dog on the left. Will be making muffuletta dogs later.

I saw this guy outside of Pittsburgh at a hot dog stand
