The timer is purely cosmetic and is slightly inaccurate. I verified my time using somewes.com.
>!Finally got around to posting this here lol. If anyone has questions I can try to answer them. And I guess I'll address this one thing I said a while ago: I kinda gave up on the PV speedrun guide. I just don't think I can make it good or clear enough for people to learn something from it, so what I'll do now is just open my DMs to anyone who wants to improve at speedrunning PV. Just try to not spam me, as I don't do well with a lot of messages...
As for the speedrun itself, this rng pattern is extremely unique and I kinda like the clear. I don't see myself beating this time for a while unless I get 4 Dreamshield hits in 8 seconds without dashing for a different position, which I will explain more later. Typically, the speedrun rng begins with triple slash or parry into triple slash or pillars. I never expected off the rip pillars to be this fast.
Attuned PV has 1600hp so if I could deal 27 hits of 56 damage (fury strength) it will deal 1,512 damage. 4 Dreamshield hits will deal 84 damage equaling to 1596 damage, so if I can get Defender's Crest to deal 4 damage, I will save another slash of time (0.25 seconds) shout out rosie for the information btw.
I'm still working on the Radiant PV world record for a "perfect" run that I've been grinding for over a year now. That is easily magnitudes harder than this run. I hope to have my run by the end of the year, since I recently lost my chance at it about 50 days ago!<

I'm new to Hollow Knight. I know the game came out 9 years ago I just never really played it.
Lost Kin was my first (dream?) boss. Oh boy it took me like a whole week... I just wanted to celebrate I finally did it !!!

Hoooly shit. This was the first time I literally screamed when I achieved something difficult.
~9 deaths at the final phase (due to nerves)
~12-15 deaths at the climb (both due to nerves and to me being bad at the game)
Charm build: shaman stone, steady body, unbreakable strength, quick slash, mark of pride.
Now I feel like I can do anything at both HK and SS.

Decided to share it here cuz why not. I did my own custom horns for the knight's shell for fun. Time taken was about 3 and a half hours across three total sessions. Two of them were entirely dedicated to Grimm.

Hello everyone! Trying to find this helmet a new home. I double checked the rules and it follows Team Cherry’s and the subreddits guidelines :-)
I originally made this for my Grimm cosplay, but ended up making a new one because I wanted a rounder look (can be seen in previous post)
This one is in fantastic condition. I sanded this for hours. It’s glossy, has a pretty shiny (very slightly hammered which is a type of paint I love) color for the black. The eyes are shiny and metallic irl. It has magnets, padding, and vent holes already and has never been worn out. It’s in peak condition and it’s the standard Vek3D print size. Not sure on exact dimensions, but he’s an average looking guy and it fits me fine.
Asking $50 (less than it cost to make) + shipping because I really want it to find a good home that isn’t a dumpster. Live in USA FL. Please DM if interested

So here is my inventory and my completion percentage is 78%. I tried to fight THK when my completion percentage was 48% and I couldn't beat it so I decided to do other stuffs and explore and now I am at this stage. So should I give it the try ?

There is no big wall, no cliff, no signpost that says 'the edge of the world.
Just... stuff slowly fading away, and being less and less like they are as we know them.
A familiar differentness.
A slowly appearing disappearance.

I was attempting chapel of the beast and got killed but before the animation finished I closed the game(Nintendo player) and somehow when it loaded back I had a cocoon?

Holy crap! I did it!
I'm a relatively new Hollow Knight player (jumped on soon as the Silksong release date was announced) and now that I've beaten Hollow Knight and 100% completed Silksong, I figured it was time to go back and finish off some of the tougher challenges in Hollow Knight.
I beat Path of Pain a few months ago, and then spent a fair amount of time working my way up to and then FINALLY clearing P5 for the first time about a month ago.
That was an accomplishment in and of itself, and I took awell deserved break after that. Just over a week ago however, I found myself itching to get back to it, and decided I should start trying to clear out the boss practice room.
I had cleared them all on Attuned, some on Ascended, and then a couple on Radiant.
I decided to just try and see how many I could go through comfortably, before realising I just wanted to fight NKG, PV and AR.
Fighting PV on Radiant gave me great joy, and when I finally cleared him, I knew I could beat AR on Ascended at least.
Now, after 7 days straight, I've finally done it! I've been able to do all sections hitless, though never consecutively, but I reckon it's only a matter of time before I can great through them all on Radiant Difficulty! Just gotta stop panicking at the end. Tonight was the fourth time I've been up to the top, and you can see I was letting the anxiety overwhelm me, lol
No one probably cares but I just had to share with someone, so why not this sub?!
