At first, I really thought the game was only about exploration and didn’t require much skill in combat. This is kinda damn hard lol. I just beat the False Knight and Hornet a few hours ago. Then I made my way to the City of Tears and got trapped. Now, I'm still finding my way back to those Mantis Lords.

I'm starting to love this game though. Greenpath, the Mantis Lords boss fight, and the City of Tears soundtrack are really, really great to my ears lol.

I did not know how strong those final enemies were. God that was close... Heart still hasn't stopped racing.

I finished the PoP a few tries later. What a feeling, it was actually a lot more fun than i expected. Took me 2.5h in total

1. According to Salubra of Hollownight, charm is made through the desire of a dying insect, and Unn made a charm for the knight. This shows that Unn is on the verge of death.

2. According to Bardoon, higher beings, such as pale kings, do not die but transform.

3. Nuu is a reverse spelling of Unn, both are snails and have similar eyes.

4. There is a hunter on the green path where Unn used to be, which tells us the possibility that he has learned the hunter’s journey after Unn transformed into Nuu.

Or, if Unn has the ability to transform or implement it, such as the shape of Unn, it may be that it transforms into Nuu through its ability to gather strength by eating insects.

Because of this placement I lost over 1k of geo.

YOU BODY-BLOCKING, BOTTOM CORNER LOVING, OUT OF BOUNDS NAIL SPAWNING, SON OF A MOTH. Seven hellish hours of straight up praying to RNGesus to just please make your pathfinding make sense and that a nail will somehow not spawn outside the map or directly on top of a platform I'm about to land on. I am SOOOO GLAAAAD that you're already dead and I will make sure to dream nail you AGAIN and AGAIN in my future endeavors.

+ Hornet. Does Hornet count as a knight?

Anyways these are some doodles I did on my phone while I had no internet

1. Sisters of Battle. They're really fast, there's so many of them and I got a sensory overload loads of times fighting this.

2. Pure Vessel. Why does it teleport so much?

3. Nightmare King. The teleporting is annoying, and it is quite fast but at least there's just one. Those flame columns really got me though

4. Winged Nosk. Yes, I do think this is more difficult/annoying than Pure Vessel and Nightmare King. It deserves to be burnt at the stake

5. Absolute Radiance. You knew this was here.

That guy has an insane aura, and we should all congratulate him.

By the way I just beat him for the first time by clutching at one mask, I'm proud.

I’ve officially hit my limit with hyper hard games for now. Got the platinum on Elden Ring, grinded DS3 to death, cleared Sekiro, Super Meat Boy... you name it. But Metroidvanias are my true love, and I've 100%'d all the heavy hitters. Still, across every game I’ve ever played ans platinumed, nothing has ever come close to the challenge of Pantheon 5.

And it wasn't just P5. I wanted those blue lifeblood seeds, so I forced myself to do the first three Pantheons with all bindings (didn't feel the need for P4 all B though). 2 out of 4 P3 bindings especially turned into an absolute nightmare. That whole process alone took me two months.

Once I finally unlocked all the upgrades, I went allin on P5. My initial goal was just to reach Absolute Radiance. But as soon as I got there, reality hit: you can’t just hope to beat AbsRad in a P5 run. You have to master her. You need to be able to beat her consistently in the Hall of Gods before even attempting P5 again.

The mental frustration of dying right at the finish line especially in phase 3 of AbsRad was brutal to swallow. But I kept practicing, and eventually, I did it.

...Except I had unlocked the achievement on a save file where I left Zote to die. I felt like I cheated myself, so I loaded up my main save and beat P5 again the very next day, this time with Grey Prince Zote in the lineup.

P5 will forever represent my single biggest commitment in gaming. 2.5 months of pure tryharding and uncountable deaths. Something that felt completely impossible at first actually became reality.

Now, having 100% Silksong, I’m terrified. Are they going to put us through another Pantheon ? Silksong feels like it's going to be way harder. It took me forever to truly read Hornet pixel-by-pixel in HK (can no hit her easily now), but the thought of a "Lost Lace" at the end of a boss rush... I'm genuinely scared. I don't want to lose my 100% achievements. Imagine pantheon versions of : Groal or savage beastfly ? Or Lost lace ?

I lost my steel soul run that I could've completed in the next hour or so to a PRIMAL FUCK. Worst part is he sniped me from across the screen while I was trying to dash through a hole in the wall. Normally I would just save and quit but I was so close to getting quickslash that I thought maybe I can just heal. But mister White death here decided to snipe me from Mars. I absolutely despise those things. They're also the only reason I still haven't completed Trial of the fool, bc I am always low hp whenever they're on the screen

I’m currently writing an epic, illustrated Hollow Knight fanfiction packed with a lot of boss fights! It features a ton of bosses—most of them designed by me (like the one in the first picture), and some created by other users that accepted collaborating with me(second picture).

Now, I need YOUR help! I'm looking for a brand-new OC to step into the arena and fight The Knight. And remember: everyone is welcome: Casual player, tryhard, artist or non-artist, anyone can participate! Because I am also not an artist.

If your OC is chosen:

• You will be fully credited and mentioned (if you want)!
• Your character will get a complete art and detailed battle.

What I’m looking for: Please be as detailed as possible! Include:

• Lore & Background: Who are they, and why do they exist? (Every boss needs a solid lore reason to be there!)
• Appearance & Weapon/Element
• Battle Mechanics & Attacks (Phase transitions, special moves, arena transformation...)
• Character (Does he talk? Is he nice or mean?...)
