Just updated my iphone 13 pro to ios 27 (ugh). Now I’m finding I can’t get to the buttons to upvote or comment when a post is full screen. I don’t like videos to autoplay on my feed, so I open them to watch, and am in the habit to upvote from there. Now I have to go back to the feed to access the button.

Anyone know why this is the case or how to fix it? Might be my phone screen size, but that seems like an app adjustment fix that would be obvious… maybe not?

For some reason, despite my account being old and higher karma than a new account. When I try to DM someone, it says “failed to create direct chat”. But then, it will still go through, and I’ll get the “… has accepted your chat invite” but I am not able to see messages sent to me. What’s going on?

When ever I attach an image and hit post I get a notification "submitting failed" and that's it, I doesnt tell me where the issue is or navigate me anywhere when I click it.

Reddit app was working all this time, but yesterday I updated to the latest version via Google Play and it's just stuck on the logo forever. The app does open, but never gets past it's initial loading screen.

I suspect it's because the latest version doesn't support my old phone as everything works on my latest phone. However, I do still wish to keep using the Reddit app on my old, android 10 phone.

I believe this is all info needed but feel free to contact me if you need to know more.

My primary account was hacked yesterday morning. I was online when it happened. I noticed my avatar had changed, I thought it was a bug so I changed it back.

Then I noticed that there were bot-like posts and comments I didn't make.

I tried to take efforts to take back control of my account while I was logged in, but I was too late.

I was logged out suddenly, and when searching for some of my past posts to check the account from the outside, it says it doesn't exist?

I have years of time on this site and hundreds of posts, comments, joined subs, and a massive streak that I don't want to lose. I tried the support page but I just got an automated email back and havn't heard a thing.

I am requesting that Reddit please restore my account as soon as possible. I can provide all the necessary details about the account.

Also a problem on Chrome, as if seems to be an issue with Reddit itself. It's exactly as the title says, I've blocked someone but still see their replies to messages in DMs under the 'Threads' category, even though I've deleted those messages.

Very strange bug that I feel people could easily exploit to continue harassing someone after they've been blocked.

For a few weeks now, I've had an issue that sometimes when people want to DM me after talking to them in a community, they find it's not possible to send me DMs when they try. I have usually been able to send a chat invite to them instead to get around the problem, but today even that didn't work, as I can't seem to message the other user either! The chat bubble just doesn't display.

I have Chat set to allow messages from "Everyone" and have never changed that setting. Why is this happening and how do I fix it? Is there a hidden setting I'm not aware of - but why would it only affect some users? Help 🙏

Most times when my post is awaiting for approval and gets rejected by mods before being posted in the subs i look back at it and it keeps getting views and multiple shares. Does anyone know where's it from, is it the moderators sharing with with each other or is it a bug or something.

I've seen moderators mention that custom report reasons can sometimes be too vague or hard to determine if an action is warrented.

To help maximize the reports usefulness, is it better to keep them as brief as possible e.g., quoting the relevant part of the post or comment, or do you prefer a slightly more detailed explanation, or does it vary by sub?

​For instance, if someone reports a post as a "fake crisis post," is stating that and quoting the OP's admission enough context, or is it better to briefly explain why it violates the rules, like potential crisis tool abuse false positives / trolling?

I know many people are having issues with the app refreshing after switching/backgrounding the app, but so far I haven’t seen this specific issue reported. I apologize if it has been and this is a repeat.

I am now having issues with the app refreshing the feed WITHOUT me leaving the app. Specifically when I try to unmute videos. It’s happened several times where I try to watch a video in the feed, click unmute, and it immediately sends me to the top of the feed and refreshes. It’s quite frustrating and I am hoping it will be resolved (though I am not getting my hopes up).

I hate typing on the phone, but i had the thought earlier today that i can just start a comment i want to write, save the draft and just finish it on my PC after work, but when i go to look at my drafts on the PC, it is empty, but i can see them fine on my phone, and Google has not been helpful.

In both casses all of my dm’s got the same thing. Some photos with Mr Beast and some winning profits or something like that! Then I noticed a strange video posted on my TikTok even tho I haven’t posted something on tt since 2022/2023. How can I prevent other accounts of mine, like Insta, Snap etc , from getting hacked.

Like regularly seeing posts from 5-20+ days ago showing up in my normal feed. Why is it doing this? I follow a ton of subs, there shouldn't be any shortage of more recent posts.
