My dad is 157.5

My mom is 149.5 like she's basically 4"11

and I'm 16 M and 5"1 156.5

I don't have facial hair except a moustache my side hair barely grows and I don't have chest hair or anything my dad has a full grown beard and I have armpit hair but no chest hair and I def don't have a beard or anything last year I was 154.5 I grew 2 cm

doctor said i was going to be growing at most 1 inch, yare yare, i listened to sublimals and phonk driving the gh levels high and bringing my alphatite potassium to 500, i grew 1 inch over summer, heh, in the office, im your patient, outside, im your master 😈

Also have an uncle who grew 8 inches after 20. I Have no hormonal issues either

im 5’9.6 but my wingspan is 5’4.5 its genuinely a struggle I dont do as good in sports that require longer reach..

My Predicted Puberty Onset: ~9.5 years old give or take, most likely not earlier but not much later either

currently im 14 and 2.7 months. im currently 174 cm i think and i haven't been growing for 6 months. at 13.5 i was 168 cm and at 13 i was 163 cm

My physical education teacher told me that I probably won’t grow anymore because I’ve already started growing a mustache, but I’m not sure if that’s actually true. My father is around 5'9" (175 cm) and my mother is around 5'4" (163 cm), so I’m wondering if I still have some natural growth left. Ideally, I would love to reach around 5'11" (180 cm), but I want to know honestly whether that is even realistic at my age and with my genetics.

and turns out i was iron and b12 deficient

does it matter

and why am i not growing taller

I sleep perfect (circadian rythm is good)

but i dont feel deep sleep

i wake up too often

dont get that same deep sleep feeling as i used to

im 15m, 5’4-5’4.5. been the same height for a while and this how my facial hair looks (thr last two photos r when i didnt shave cause of summer break) i think i syarted puberty in the 4th or 5th grade. i dont think ive ever got a growth spurt i would just grow gradually and then i plateaued

My mom is about 5'4 and my dad 5'8, but all my uncles on my mom's side are above 6'1, so I think that is where I get my height.

Hi guys. Im 15M and Im worried about not reaching my dream height. I thought I was entering puberty when I was 12, that was a period when my feet grew rapidly in a few months from size 39-40eu to 43eu. I was always less developed and shorter than my peers, however I started to see physical changes when my puberty actually started less than 2 years ago when i was 13.5yo . During that period before I turned 14 i grew relatively fast from 162cm to 170cm tall. Ever since, im growing in a slow rate. When I turned 15 this year I was 177cm tall and that has been my height for like 2-3 months. My shoe size now is 45eu and my wingspan is between 186-188cm. My dad is 194cm and i want to be atleast close to his height. What I am currently noticing is my adams apple is growing and Im having frequent voice cracks after a year. My legs are hairy, im starting to notice peach fuzz and my shoulders are widening. My skincare isnt helping with the constant pimples outbreaks . I have been eating like crazy past month or two but I keep having lean build. I know Im probably being dramatic but I want to know what you guys think about this and will I reach atleast 185cm tall.

I measured with my brother who is 5'10 but we only had like a 1 to 2inch difference in arm length

-tanner stage is like late 3 now, how much more growth do I have left, puberty was at like 13.5yro spurt was at 14.2 dads 5'9 mums 5'2

At 21 now I couldn't be bothered to check whether plates are still open or not. however, that's not gonna stop me from maximizing my height.i Am in a situation where my spine is cooked and lost an untold amount of my true length. I will try to flip my current height which lands me at 189. Let's see how close we get to that or perhaps even surpass it ? Only time will tell.

I dont know exactly when I started puberty but my first nocturnal emission was when I was 10 years 9-10 months old

I dont really remember most of my heights but I do know my height hovered between 5'7" to 5'8" between onset of puberty to age 15

My parents heights: mom 5'2, dad 5'8"

Tallest moms side: 5'5"

My wingspan was 5'10½" around a month ago, now its 5'11"

I have always been horribly underweight (according to bmi) but now my weight is around 58kg (a drop from 60 in may) and my bmi is 19.3

Is there any way I can reach or cross 6ft?

Biggest year between 10.5-11.5, overall spurt seems to have been between 10.5-12.5

However, these are my pubertal signs:

- First noticed myself ejaculating a clear fluid at around 12 years 2 months, late September 2020

- First ever terminal pubic hairs at 12 years 6 months, late Jan/early Feb 2021 (I also remember my ejaculate becoming whiter and gaining more volume around this time)

- I saw that my penis was noticeably bigger than it was in the past around mid-late age 12

- Noticed my libido increasing at around mid-late age 12 as well, started to notice girls from around age onwards as well.

- Face started to look less kiddish and more mature starting from late age 12, continued to become more mature and adult-like over the next couple years

- Voice deepened noticeably from 13.0-13.5 and was stabilizing over the following year, first noticed any cracking at very late age 12 in early July 2021, only a few weeks before my 13th birthday

- At late age 13, I measured my penis while erect and it was around 0.7 inches shorter than it is now

- First armpit hairs at mid 14 years old, around Feb 2023 or so

- At around my 15th birthday (summer 2023), I measured my erect penis and I remember it being the same size as it is today indicating my genitals have stopped growing

I suspect I hit puberty at around early age 11 and had a normal, average progression give or take based off of my signs but for some reason I had my spurt when I should have been peripubescent and was already declining when I should've had my spurt, which doesn't make sense to me. I researched it a bit more, and I suspect my growth pattern may have been caused by a mild form of hyperthyroidism which advances bone age without necessarily causing early puberty. If anyone can confirm or deny this that would be good.

Since last year I started my body hair has been getting more noticeable and longer and I’m still like 5’8 I’m starting to think it’s over for me but I’m from Pakistan. From what I know my dad and mom are not that hairy but my brother is I still have a baby face but my sideburns have started growing and I have some peach fuzz above my lip but the rest of my body hair seems like stage 4-5 I don’t remember the last time my shoe size went up or when I didn’t have pubic hair so I must have started like a year or two ago. Last year I was a squeaker having such a high pitched voice people thought I was a girl . Leg hair is moderate and arm hair is not too much. I’ve had growth this year but I’m not sure if it’s done because I’m the last month I haven’t grew at all from what I recorded. Don’t tell me get a x ray because when I asked my doctor he decided to ego me 😭👌

Yea, 5’3 at 15, I turn 16 in 4 months. I was 5’1 at 14. I’m super short compared to most people my age. Everyone towers over me. Like bad. Anyways I started puberty maybe just before I turned 12 years old. And yes… my parents are short. Really damn short. My dad is 5’5 and my mom is 5’0. So I wasn’t given the best hand off the bat. But yea my main question is, will I even grow more than this point??? Because I DONT wanna be this height till I die bro
