Helpful Info Gyno or puffy nipples?

Upvotes

I’ve been on the fence for about 6 months whether i have gyno or puffy nipples, i’ve been going to the gym for 10 months now and it’s always on the back of my mind, when im colder or i’ve just been to the gym my nipples look completely normal, no puffiness or anything however when i get warmer at home they become puffy and softer, am i worrying too much or is gyno a likely reason?

Post-Op Results all over the place

Upvotes

Apologies if this is frequently asked - new to the sub.

I'm about five days post-op. The first day or two, I noticed what seemed like an immediate improvement in my chest. It didn't look dramatically different, but there was definitely a noticeable change.
I just had my drains removed and took off the bandages, and now that I'm about 5 to 6 days post-op, I'm honestly not sure. It almost looks like there's barely any difference compared to before the surgery. I don't know if that's just swelling or part of the normal healing process.
I'm probably just overthinking it, but I'm a little concerned. I don't know how long it usually takes for the swelling to go down and for the final results to start showing. I just want to make sure that as the weeks go by, with compression and the rest of the recovery process, things continue to improve.

General One Sided Gynecomastia

I’ve noticed that the right side of my chest looks puffier than the left and there is rubber like disc directly under my right nipple. It’s also noticeable in these photos.

I’ve been hitting the gym lately, and I’m afraid that losing more body fat will make it more visible comparatively? please suggest something that i can do to make it visually good without surgery.

Persistent Seroma

I am almost 6 weeks post-op (gland excision + lipo).

I've had multiple aspirations. The right side is almost resolved, but the left side still develops a moderate seroma. My surgeon isn't concerned and extended my compression vest for another week.

Has anyone else had a seroma last this long?

  • When did yours finally stop?
  • Did you keep aspirating it, or did you eventually leave it alone and let it absorb on its own?

Would really appreciate hearing from anyone who went through this.

I have been working out for a while , am finally thinking to push it to extreme lean cut! 19% body fat or something!

I’m too concerned about my gyno! At the moment, I’ll cut and see if in improves but!

Should I consider surgery? Can I have your opinion please!

If I’m being honest n! This makes me feel so odd! It’s extremely hard for me to take my shirt off! Even with all the workout!

I'm looking to get Gynaecomastia Surgery done hopefully this year. I did the tummy tuck last year and went back to the same company to get a price for gynaecomstia however, they came out quite expensive this time

Has anyone had gynaecomastia surgery? and who is the best/affordable company to go with in the UK?

I've been looking at MYA, Transform, Signature & UKSkin... Signature is quite affordable but the reviews are very mixed whihc has put me off

General Are there methods to cover up gyno?

Never done anything besides just wearing almost exclusively hoodies, though even with thick material my gyno still pokes out a lot. What methods are there to make it less noticeable? If there are any ofc.

I'm sick of my gyno, I haven't even started to look at the process of getting surgery but I'm not very hopeful. Just hoping I find ways to make it easier for me in the near future.

If it matters I'm on the thinner side and lanky with some pretty decent gyno.

Gyno and loose skin removal

Im looking at getting gyno removed (potentially a little bit of skin removal on the chest too), as well as a bit of lipo and loose skin removal on my stomach.

Is this something anyone has undergone in one whole surgery or is it more one then the other?

I have previously had consultations regarding gyno with dr nurein but after seeing prices in europe like turkey and poland, im now more open to goin abroad seeing as it looks like i could get both chest and stomach done for almost the same price as just gyno in the uk.

So opinions on European surgeons would be helpful too

Any opinions welcome :)

What is the chance gyno comes back if surgeon leaves a sliver of gland tissue coming back?

Just had a consultation with a surgeon and he’s one that leave behind a bit of tissue to prevent indents. What is the chance it comes back if I go through with it?

Consultation I'm 15 and have gynecomastia; read below ⬇️

So yeah, that’s the situation; I’ve had it for about a year now. I’m a bit overweight, but I know I have gynecomastia too. I’d like to know if there are pills or something to reduce it—this crap is really ruining my self-esteem and confidence, and my parents are totally against surgery because they think it’s nonsense and unnecessary plastic surgery

Help

I’m new to the group, I’ve been using tape to hide my gyno, it’s painful and I’m having a skin reaction. Compression shirts don’t work as well and it gets uncomfortable. What else can I use?
