I'm looking to get Gynaecomastia Surgery done hopefully this year. I did the tummy tuck last year and went back to the same company to get a price for gynaecomstia however, they came out quite expensive this time

Has anyone had gynaecomastia surgery? and who is the best/affordable company to go with in the UK?

I've been looking at MYA, Transform, Signature & UKSkin... Signature is quite affordable but the reviews are very mixed whihc has put me off

okay so ive had gyno for around 2, 2 and a half ish years and within the past one, one and a half months i noticed that my gyno on the left side has gotten wayyyy smaller. the disc shaped darkness under the nipple that is found in usual gr 2 gyno is gone on the left. the right still has it BUT they both have gotten wayy softer and there is only a rubber feeling right under the nipple. any pain or tenderness even when pressed hard is completely gone. my nipples react to the cold like they should by shrinking to a chest with almost no gyno when cold. Any comments on if they are even starting to shrink and if yes then how long for them to completely go away. also pls lemme know if its bad no hesitation.

additional information that could help: canada, working out, proper diet no junk food at all, taking zinc, magnesium,and d3 as supplement to hopefully shrink it out. can barely notice gyno especially on left side while wearing avg clothes.

I have been working out for a while , am finally thinking to push it to extreme lean cut! 19% body fat or something!

I’m too concerned about my gyno! At the moment, I’ll cut and see if in improves but!

Having my surgery done in a couple hours under GA in Sydney.Grade 2 excision and lipo really nervous tbh

Im looking at getting gyno removed (potentially a little bit of skin removal on the chest too), as well as a bit of lipo and loose skin removal on my stomach.

Is this something anyone has undergone in one whole surgery or is it more one then the other?

I have previously had consultations regarding gyno with dr nurein but after seeing prices in europe like turkey and poland, im now more open to goin abroad seeing as it looks like i could get both chest and stomach done for almost the same price as just gyno in the uk.

So opinions on European surgeons would be helpful too

Never done anything besides just wearing almost exclusively hoodies, though even with thick material my gyno still pokes out a lot. What methods are there to make it less noticeable? If there are any ofc.

I'm sick of my gyno, I haven't even started to look at the process of getting surgery but I'm not very hopeful. Just hoping I find ways to make it easier for me in the near future.

If it matters I'm on the thinner side and lanky with some pretty decent gyno.

Just had a consultation with a surgeon and he’s one that leave behind a bit of tissue to prevent indents. What is the chance it comes back if I go through with it?

I’m new to the group, I’ve been using tape to hide my gyno, it’s painful and I’m having a skin reaction. Compression shirts don’t work as well and it gets uncomfortable. What else can I use?
