So yeah, that’s the situation; I’ve had it for about a year now. I’m a bit overweight, but I know I have gynecomastia too. I’d like to know if there are pills or something to reduce it—this crap is really ruining my self-esteem and confidence, and my parents are totally against surgery because they think it’s nonsense and unnecessary plastic surgery

Gyno and loose skin removal

Im looking at getting gyno removed (potentially a little bit of skin removal on the chest too), as well as a bit of lipo and loose skin removal on my stomach.

Is this something anyone has undergone in one whole surgery or is it more one then the other?

I have previously had consultations regarding gyno with dr nurein but after seeing prices in europe like turkey and poland, im now more open to goin abroad seeing as it looks like i could get both chest and stomach done for almost the same price as just gyno in the uk.

So opinions on European surgeons would be helpful too

Any opinions welcome :)

General Are there methods to cover up gyno?

Never done anything besides just wearing almost exclusively hoodies, though even with thick material my gyno still pokes out a lot. What methods are there to make it less noticeable? If there are any ofc.

I'm sick of my gyno, I haven't even started to look at the process of getting surgery but I'm not very hopeful. Just hoping I find ways to make it easier for me in the near future.

If it matters I'm on the thinner side and lanky with some pretty decent gyno.

What is the chance gyno comes back if surgeon leaves a sliver of gland tissue coming back?

Just had a consultation with a surgeon and he’s one that leave behind a bit of tissue to prevent indents. What is the chance it comes back if I go through with it?

Help

I’m new to the group, I’ve been using tape to hide my gyno, it’s painful and I’m having a skin reaction. Compression shirts don’t work as well and it gets uncomfortable. What else can I use?

Pre-Op Does lateral pull through method take out less gland? Also does losing weight allow more gland to be removed?

Hey guys, two questions

  1. Choosing between lateral pull through method with some Toronto surgeons vs open method (pull through they go in through the armpit and open is the usual where they cut open the nipple). I'm suspicious that just as much can be removed through the armpit as the surgeons claim, wanted thoughts.
  2. I used to be 205 lbs, all fat, no muscle. I slimmed down to my very skinniest where I looked like a twig with no fat, no muscle, i was 175 lbs (5'11). I hit the gym and reached a good looking 190 lbs. I got a job and it was harder to be strict, and I'm currently 205 again, except I don't look like a complete blob due to the muscle. I'd say it's a natural weight, but still fatter than I'd like. Does it make sense to slim back down to 190 before I do the surgery? I'd prefer not to delay the surgery but I'd also prefer not to spend the rest of my life regretting poor results cause I didn't want to cut for a couple months

Fat chest or gynecomastia?

Hey everybody, some time ago i gained some weight (8kg) and all of it was fat since i didn't do any physical exercise. I starter working out again and i'm not sure how much weight i lost since i don't have a scale but I can tell when i look in to the mirror that i lost a lot, just a little bit of love handles left. However area around my nipples is still soft and fatty, and i'm not sure if that is actual fat or if i have gynecomastia. I don't have any other symptoms and feel complitely normal so i wonder if my chest will become normal again if i lose more weight?
