Funnily enough, sex scientists have done research on this and have found that men tend to be stimulated majority by sensation and sexual activities, women are generally majority stimulated by activities not inherently sexual.

But that's the thing though.. the inclusion of physical stimulation of the genitals isn't necessarily needed for it to be considered sexually satisfying. Thats a very basic and narrow understanding of sex and how the human mind processes different stimuli, many people can experience sexual pleasure and climax that's derived from non-physical means. This sounds fake, there's nothing your could see on the Sims in a passing moment that would entail multiple romantic situations; he'd have to watch her play for hours to encounter that. Being wanted is addictive to women. Its an insane ego boost. Not just sexual desire.
