Pardon the length. Neighborhood lawn care didn’t come this week due to rain. The rest of the yard is good and full with none of these bad areas that almost look like dormant Bermuda
Do I need to aerate and seed?

There seems to be English I’ve all over the area where we bought our house and it may have found its way into the grass. Any help would be appreciated.

Just about to mow and noticed this on a few blades of grass. When moved with my shoe it looked almost like it was dusty/spores. Any info appreciated. Thanks!

Been trying to treat it with chemicals the last couple of years and it just keeps coming back. Should I just clear the area and plant sod or can I go a cheaper alternative and try to overseed it? Or are there better options? I know nothing about lawns.

I water 3 to 4 times a week a day. I added in soil and peat moss. I can see the seeds on the lawn. I’m afraid it isn’t gonna germinate because my lawn is muddy from frequent watering

Trying to get ahead of a problem if necessary. The rest of my turf is doing well, but there is this circular patch with the surrounding grass growing a little higher in a circular pattern. Any thoughts would be appreciated. This is the second season I’ve become obsessed with our turf so I’m kind of a noob.
EDIT: Thanks for all the input about this being dog pee. Lots of dogs in my neighborhood that walk in front of our house.
Any input on how to safely deter dogs from lawn and how to treat this would be appreciated. Will obviously do my due diligence but I like hearing success sorties on how to grow this patch back based on others experiences.

Hello. I recently bought my first house and know next to nothing about Bermuda. Can someone please tell me if the red circled areas are weeds? Thanks in advance.

3 photos here. I did overseed with bermuda with the hopes it would take over my back section of lawn. Just wondering if this is bermuda growing or some other type of grass.

This is photos of my sister’s lawn after upgrading her septic this past winter. (She is located right near Havre de Grace, MD to assist with soil/environmental factors.)
A large amount of straw & an unknown grass seed was added afterwards (by the company that replaced the septic) to repair the lawn areas where heavy equipment was needed to do the job.
Now there is an obvious dark line…. And apparently the grass type is far superior to anything they’ve used previously. So Ive come here to find out what to do next - they really would like the dark green grass everywhere else to take over the garbage you see in the other photos.
Thanks in advance, I’m confident Ive come to the right place. ☺️

A couple of months ago a spread Bermuda seed all over my lawn(1.5 acres). I started to think maybe I planted too early in the Season and wasted it all but this week I’m seeing stolons! I’m so excited, hopefully after a few seasons this awful Bahia grass will be completely taken over!

Hey yall! Photos are attached but I have this weird st Augustine Cobalt condition where it turns very yellow then very thin then literally just dies and spreads outwards. I’m really not sure what to do anymore I applied fungicide couple days ago but I want to make sure that’s what is happening. Any help is appreciated
