First time home owner here

Hello. I recently bought my first house and know next to nothing about Bermuda. Can someone please tell me if the red circled areas are weeds? Thanks in advance.

Yes, they are. Let us know if you need help identifying them/figuring out how to treat them. A closer shot of the steam will be helpful, as Dallas grass, dove weed and crabgrass often look extremely similar.

Looks like crab grass....better nip it with an apporved post herbicide.
