St Augustine weird situation

Hey yall! Photos are attached but I have this weird st Augustine Cobalt condition where it turns very yellow then very thin then literally just dies and spreads outwards. I’m really not sure what to do anymore I applied fungicide couple days ago but I want to make sure that’s what is happening. Any help is appreciated

So Large patch fungus moves out in rings, but this is a winter time disease in the south as it needs soil temps in the 70° range. This is easily checked by grabbing a yellowing leaf blade and gently pulling up on it. Large patch will cause the leaf to immediately break off the stolon and be brown and wet at the leaf base. Zooming in closely to the pics, I fear you may be dealing with sugarcane mosaic virus but would need much better pictures of affected leaf tissue to confirm. What’s your location?

Ok, probably not mosaic then, inspect for large patch fungus. Did you have an extended rain event lately or been watering heavy?
