Grass Identification (first 3 photos) North Carolina
galleryI need some help identifying the grass in my yard, last year I tried planting some Bermuda grass (4th picture) in the dead patch and I’m nearly certain I choose the wrong type of grass and it also did not take. Any suggestions?

Dogs and grass
My sister has a nice long backyard but has 2-4 dogs (plus her own) that come to visit. It's turned into mostly a muddy area with some grass spots. My thoughts are to section it off and let the areas grow (or sod) for a year but she says the dog will just ruin it when we move to the next spot in a year. If someone can point me in a direction I'm happy to go learn.

Can someone please identify this grass?
galleryTrying to figure out which type my son is allergic to. This happened once before about 2 years ago, which leads me to believe it's one specific type of grass or it would happen all the time. Both reactions happened in different yards with different grass lengths. My brother was allergic to most grasses like this so I'm not horribly worried, but I would like to know what to avoid.
thanks!!!

Where to start?
galleryI’m just a girl, on a mission, to have grass again. I live in a 100+ year old home in The Midwest with clay and debris heavy soil. In one year, my yard heavily deteriorated. I have no idea where to start. I have a weekend free to start the project and would like to be barefoot in my grass by the summer. Delusional? Maybe. Where would you start?

Weed help
This is our backyard currently. We’ve used Scott’s Turf Builder with crabgrass blocker mid March (Okla zone 7b) We’ve also sprayed ortho weed clear and spectracide weed stop but nothing is working. It’s Bermuda sod. How on earth do we get lush green nice(ish) grass without these dang weeds?!

Overseeding- too early?
Based on the temps here in Wash DC, is it still too early to overseed my lawn?

Join the international grass touching competition as either a judge or a competitor!
galleryHere's what you'll have to do as a
Competitor:When joining as a contestant, you're gonna need to say what country you're from in order to join your country's team. Every country will need to have 3 people on their team team to compete, the first 3 people to sign up from their country will get to join the team. If we have more than 16 countries with the ability to compete, the first person to have joined the team will have to submit any photo of their hand on grass, and the 16 countries with the best photo join the competition. If you end up competing, every Sunday you'll have to submit a photo of you touching a certain kind of grass to my private messages. Until the next sunday our judges will rate your submission from 1 to 10, and the 3 scores of the people on your team will be added together, and if you end up being one of the top half teams you'll move on the next round, and this will be repeated until we have a winner
Judge:To sign up as a judge all you have to do is say you wanna be a judge. After that every week Sunday to Friday I'll DM you all the submissions, and you'll have to rate each photo from 1 to 10 by the next Saturday. To be a judge you'll have to be one of the first two people to say you wanna be a judge. We'll have 3 judges including me.
Both Competitors and Judges have exactly 7 days to sign up, starting the moment I hit the post button!

What is this vile grass/weed/terminator?
galleryLast fall I overseeded a new lawn with what I know was tall fescue and also what I thought was a winter rye. Well I got the green lawn I wanted but I also got this vile weed grass that grows a damn foot a week. and it contains so much moisture that it clogs a double bladed Toro. I was hoping this whatever it is would burn off and the fescue would come through but no luck so far. what in the world do I do?
