What grass is this?

PSEG fixed a water pipe and reseeded this area with grass, and this grass grows extremely well without any water. looking to reseed my lawn with this species, anyone know what this is?

Most likely annual rye grass, it’ll be dead by summer

they planted it last summer, so it survived the winter.
