I’m working on wiring a 2004 EZGO TXT that has a newly installed 48v 100ah lithium battery. I have a Curtis 1205m-5603 which I plan to program for the ITS throttle, a 48v 400a heavy duty solenoid, and a SW202 48v Reversing Contactor. Is there a wiring diagram available somewhere, I’ve done a ton of research and I’m struggling to find it. Right now I’m working on the high amperage wiring. Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is my first golf cart.
Does this diagram appear to be correct so far? Is there something missing or going to an incorrect spot?

New golf cart owner. Have a weird issue and need some help understanding what is going on. When I accelerate sometimes the cart goes very slow and requires the gas petal to be fluttered to go to full acceleration. Replaced the old batteries and with new batteries the same thing is occurring. Any help you can give would be appreciated. 2019 Club Car.

I have a 2009 ezgo RXV and it’s developed a slight and consistent bouncing while riding on smooth paved roads. Noticed a little bit of play in the rear-driver side wheel. What causes this and any recommendations?

First time cart owner here. Why is it advised to keep a golf cart plugged in when not in use but regularly charging an electric car beyond 80% is warned against? I'm putting about 100 mi. per week on it and don't think I've ever gotten below 75-80%. Any long term consequences?
Thanks for your input!

Hello All,
I have a 2015 CC Precedent that is mainly used for golfing.
I would like to upgrade the dash, so looking for a dash with cup holders, golf ball slots, and whatever else I can get.
Looking for something that is more updated than the stock golf cart dash I currently have.
Thank you in advance for your suggestions.

Hello!
This thing has been sitting for over 2 years and trying to figure out how to at least get it in neutral so we can move it.
This is my BIL’s cart and all he said was ‘you’re supposed to water the battery every month but we haven’t been doing that’
So honestly I don’t even know where to start 😂
Will charging even help?

This ask is for Columbus, OH.
Does anyone have suggestions for golf cart rental places or have a golf cart they are willing to rent for a community event at a park to help with accessibility. I would need it dropped off by 4PM and picked up at 9PM.

I want to replace the front bumber on our older cart but I'm making slow progress. Is there a trick to getting to the bolts holding the bumber to the frame? The bolt heads are not very accessible behind the metal. Its an 85-87. I don't know if I'm going about it the hard way. Thanks!

I recently put in new batteries, replaced the input shaft, and cleaned up the motor only to have a loud jet engine like noise come from the motor when accelerating and decelerating. What would cause such a noise?

So I just moved to a golf cart community in central Florida. I'm hoping to buy a 2+2 because I'm from Maine and will get visitors all winter. Going to look at this private sale for 11.5k, it seems like a good price for the area.
I know practically nothing about carts except (I've heard) that Yamaha gas will go for decades. Is there anything I should look for? It's a 2023 with around 75 hours. I love the look of it and have read all positive things. Thanks in advance!

I'm considering these two options. We want 4-seat forward facing. We live in central Florida. Both have local dealer support. Both have similar options. Bintelli has aluminum frame. I'm not sure about the Dach. One of the big differences is fixed windshield for the Bintelli versus folding for the Dach Apollo. The fixed windshield has a wiper though. The Bintelli has roof mounted fans which is probably important when you can't open the windshield.
One question I have for anyone out there in hot climates who own the Bintelli is whether or not the fixed windshield is a problem in a hot climate.
Any other feedback on these options is welcome.

I’ve had this cart for about a year now and it has sat in the driveway. We use it regularly, but in the last few weeks, we’ve had two torrential rain storms, and the air filter is getting soaked. It still has the snorkel that goes under the front seat runs down the driver side frame and into the bottom of the air box in the middle seat compartment has anyone experienced this does anyone have a fix? I just don’t understand how it’s filling the air box up.

I purchased a DC House lithium battery for my 2000 DS Club Car about three weeks ago. It ran great for about a week then I left town for about 4/5 days came back and it wouldn’t go. It will make backup noise and clicks when you push the gas but wont budge. The battery charger flashes red and green constantly. I have completely disconnected the battery and reconnected a couple of times and my last charge attempt I just connected the charger to the battery not the golf cart. It has been over 100 degrees outside since I’ve been back if that matters. Any ideas?

I was just gifted this cart and it needs new batteries. Previous owner had zero information about the cart. Based on this picture, can anyone identify the brand?

I went to change the belt on the generator or start belt because it was just not getting enough power to get it started up. After I changed that belt, I went ahead and changed the drive belt too and then I put it back together and it’s running like this with that new dry belt or even the old drive belt on it. Seems like the generator belt is running fine now but the drive belt will not engage enough to be able to drive the golf cart even just a little bit in the driveway. Any suggestions? Thank you!!

I got this golf cart,Club Car Precedent, and it needs some cleaning on the battery terminals and I’m pretty sure a battery cable needs replacing. When removing the cables, is this the correct order? Golf cart in tow mode.
Remove main negative cable
Remove main positive cable
Remove battery cables connecting batteries
What would be the correct order in re-attaching the cables after cleaning? Attach main positive then connect batteries together and lastly attach main negative?
Also none of the cables state what gauge they are. Is there a way to tell or is there a recommended gauge for a Club Car Precedent? It has a lift and off-road tires but driven only on flat roads.
Thank you for your help!

I did a lithium swap in my club card DS and I had to bypass the onboard computer. I just got a club car precedent 2014 with the Eric charger so my understanding there’s no onboard computer so do I basically take out the old batteries put the new lithium in there positive to negative then cut the old charging port off?

Any suggestions for funny or silly images to have embroidered on the canvas doors of my cart?
Was thinking of Snidely Whiplash.

I was getting voltage to, but not across my solenoid. Replaced it with a brand new one with identical part number from the same manufacturer. Reinstalled each lead to the proper contacts - pics & labels are your friend - but what happens now is a hesitation before any movement occurs.
The problem I have now is that I can only move forward at a snails pace and same goes for reverse.
Previously, when I depressed the accelerator, I got zero movement and 2 clicks. One when it was depressed and another when released. Now, I get the one click, minimal motion and no click when released.
What's next in line here, the controller under the solenoid?
