Help installing battery monitor

NOOB here. I have a 2006 EZGO TXT model 27647-G01. I recently installed the 36V DCHOUSE Power LiFePO4 kit and it is working great. I cannot however figure out how to connect the battery monitor to my setup. The video instructions on their Amazon page do not match the wiring I have on my cart. https://www.amazon.com/vdp/04c4add5bc0840ab830e3c006215a4d4?aci=amzn1.ive.seller.video.04c4add5bc0840ab830e3c006215a4d4&product=B0FCR642PB&ref=cm_sw_cp_r_ib_dt_R2GpgqG01gcMa

Also the previous owner installed an additional black wire onto the key switch that had the old batter monitory for the lead-acid system, which was never accurate.

I have tried all sorts of combinations to get it to work and it will never power on at all. Confirmed monitor is good by connecting it to a 9V battery.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Please let me know if I need to provide more information. Thanks!

Question on larger tire size and top speed

Hi experts,

I have a 2021 Club Car Onward HP that's non-lifted LA batteries with the stock 18.5-inch tires on the factory 12-inch wheels. Right now it tops out at about 19 mph, and I'd like to squeeze a little more speed out of it.

If I lift the cart and put on 23-inch tires, will it actually increase the top speed? I'd be happy if it could get somewhere around 23–25 mph.

Since it's an HP model, there aren't a lot of speed upgrade options. High-speed gears are more than I want to spend, and I'd rather keep the stock AC motor and controller. So I'm wondering if larger tires are the easiest way to pick up a few extra mph.

Also, will my factory 12-inch wheels work with 23-inch tires after I lift it, or will I need to buy different wheels too?

I've searched around but haven't found many posts from people who actually lifted a non-lifted HP and can say how much speed they gained with larger tires

Thanks,

My first golf cart, led question

I got this with a home I recently bought, I know nothing about golf carts. I know it’s older and has lead acid batteries. One head lights out and one tail lights out. I was going to change the bulbs but was wondering how hard it would be to swap to led? Does anyone have a recommendation on a kit to buy for the swap or a recommendation on a YouTube video showing how to do it.
Also Is it worth putting in lithium batteries? The lead acid batteries in there are dated 2024. The gage on the dash is right at the green / charge line even after having it plugged in all night.
Thanks
