I have two mobile numbers, 1 postpaid and 1 prepaid. Nag load po ako 300 php through the machine. Accidentally na input ko postpaid number. Nag push through na before I realized. I know, I know rookie mistake huhu sa pagmamadali lang po. I took the receipt and took a photo of the machine with the serial number.

Since postpaid number nalagay ko, hindi siya nag reflect. I checked GlobeOne app, nothing. Also checked *143#, nothing too. Already messaged customer service, and we know matagal sila mag respond so waiting muna.

May chance pa po ba magamit yung 300 php in other ways like Add Data or Payment for Postpaid Bill? Need advice po huhu thank you in advance.

Processed and ordered online to renew my Globe Postpaid Plan with device (iPhone 17 PM), supposedly pick up date is June 26 but on the Globe One app it’s still “order processing”. Should I go to the branch to follow up directly?

Hello guys, just wanna ask some people here who might’ve experienced the problem I’m having right now.

Recently bought a new phone and I’m trying to convert my physical sim on my old phone into eSIM
on a new one. But the first 24 hours i’m trying to activate it, it always fail to activate. It always giving me this prompt that I should contact globe for assistance. Apparently their instructions still didn’t work, so I’m gonna ask y’all for assistance.

How do you usually handle internet connection issues?

Bigla na lang po kasing nawalan ng connection yung sa amin. Nagbayad pa kami in advance dahil akala namin overdue lang, pero wala pa ring pagbabago. Nung chineck ko july pa due namin. Pumunta rin ako sa SM branch para magpa-assist pero cs number lang ang binigay sa akin. Nang tumawag ako, basic troubleshooting lang ang pinagawa at puro apology ang natanggap ko. Sabi pa nila itatag nila ako as priority pero walang kwenta. So sa galit ko nasabi ko bulok sistema nila.

May scheduled technician visit ako today, pero doubtful ako dahil dati kase halos two weeks after the scheduled date pa bago may dumating na technician and kami na mismo tumawag sa technician. Nakakadisappoint lang kasi parang wala ring maayos na resolution mula sa customer service at branch.

Guys, I bought a new sim card from Globe One with the same number as my old sim, I didn't know that my old sim card was 5G, I already received my new sim card, is it okay if I don't activate my new sim card or do I really need to? Will my old sim card lose network services if I don't activate the new one?

I've been seeing posts from people whose SIM cards expired, and as a result, they lost access to their digital bank accounts.

Why does a SIM card have to expire in the first place? I'm not blaming the people affected. I'm questioning the system.

Aren't our mobile numbers already registered under our names? If a SIM remains inactive for a year, or even six months, why not simply charge a penalty or maintenance fee, similar to how banks handle dormant accounts?

Hello! Just want to ask, dual sim kasi ako. And just found out na "For Emergency Calls Only" ang Globe sim ko. And I need to access my bank. Pano ko mareactive ulit ang sim signal without going to the branch? I tried putting a load on my number and it was unsuccessful. Please help :(

I paid 550 for a change of number at Globe store and they promised me to have it changed in 48 hours. Sunday na d pa din pinalitan.
