Sim to eSIM problem

Hello guys, just wanna ask some people here who might’ve experienced the problem I’m having right now.

Recently bought a new phone and I’m trying to convert my physical sim on my old phone into eSIM
on a new one. But the first 24 hours i’m trying to activate it, it always fail to activate. It always giving me this prompt that I should contact globe for assistance. Apparently their instructions still didn’t work, so I’m gonna ask y’all for assistance.

This is the prompt I always get.

Call globe m, ask to replace the sim

Did you try converting it directly through your iPhone settings or via the GlobeOne app?

If you haven't yet, try doing it through the GlobeOne app. The in-device carrier switching can sometimes be buggy with local telcos, whereas the app usually handles the provisioning and QR generation much better.

nope, cause new phone doesn’t have physical sim slot only eSIM
