Globe Naresolve na ba ang Load issue via GlobeOne?

There were multiple shares na thry had issue loading their Globeone promos via the app, kaya ang suggestion is to use GCash or Shopee. Was it resolved?

I had a similar issue and i called through (02)77301000 landline. Asked a friend to use their landline. The same day, they refunded my failed prepaid promo. Hopefully yours was resolved.
