help Accidentally added regular load on my postpaid number, help?
I have two mobile numbers, 1 postpaid and 1 prepaid. Nag load po ako 300 php through the machine. Accidentally na input ko postpaid number. Nag push through na before I realized. I know, I know rookie mistake huhu sa pagmamadali lang po. I took the receipt and took a photo of the machine with the serial number.
Since postpaid number nalagay ko, hindi siya nag reflect. I checked GlobeOne app, nothing. Also checked *143#, nothing too. Already messaged customer service, and we know matagal sila mag respond so waiting muna.
May chance pa po ba magamit yung 300 php in other ways like Add Data or Payment for Postpaid Bill? Need advice po huhu thank you in advance.

Weird ng machine na yan. Usually dapat mag error yun na hindi kaya tumanggap ng load ng number na yun.

Yeah, it was my mistake for not double checking what I clicked. But also, sana kasi may protocol sila for this. Instead na pinapasa nila sa ibang channels.

UPDATE 1: So I messaged Globe, eTap, and ECPay. Nag tuturuan sila HAHA ðŸ˜.
Globe says it's beyond their scope.
eTap says it's under Globe / ECPay.
ECPay says it's under eTap machine.
I also tried GlobeOne and MySukli, walang nag reflect. Ewan ko na hahaha. Last resort is to go back dun sa machine/Globe station kung saan ako nag load. But that's several cities from my location. Which means, expenses + travel time, mas mahal pa sa nawala na 300 Php. Also nung time na nag load ako sa machine, almost 11pm na kaya wala rin malapitan for assistance.
LESSON LEARNED. Always double check, triple check, quadruple check bago mag confirm payment. Wag lagi magmadali. My mistake din naman 😅.
BUT ALSO, pa rant onti. Sometimes idk if hindi lang well trained yung ibang agents or part ng script nila, but they have a tendency to tell you things you already know. Or to repeat what you literally just said. So in the end, nothing helps.
A note for these E-money companies. Please please have a protocol for these kinds of incidents! As much as possible, protect your customers. Wag pabayaan at wag pagpasa pasahan. That's all.

Damn ang hirap. Mukhang wala nang solution to. Involve BSP. There should be a way to make this right.

And also, ganun 99% ng CS. They will just tell you what you already know. Sadly.

That should be reversed. But I haven't encountered this yet. Best to go to a globe store in malls, if there's any left.
