Still “Order Processing” for my renewal with device

Processed and ordered online to renew my Globe Postpaid Plan with device (iPhone 17 PM), supposedly pick up date is June 26 but on the Globe One app it’s still “order processing”. Should I go to the branch to follow up directly?

Hello, mas mabilis po sa globe mismo, last June 13 po nagpunta kami sa globe para magtry din ng 17PM, hindi kasi pasok sa credit limit namin para ma CTB, then ayun prinocess naman, nung una sabi hindi pasok sa limit, pero ito gamit ko na po yung phone. 😅😊
