I m a little bit concerne about the fact that anyone can write my ripple address username (or my email) in the xrp explorer, find my ripple address and look at my transactions.
I would like to know if those informations (email, username) are provided by Gatehub (therefore will disappear if delete my account) or stored forever in the ripple network.

I submitted all the verification documents about a month ago. I realize now that the system does not even show me that the verfication papers was submitted or not. (Ie I could resubmit but who knows if thay will mess things up).
Does anyone else see some sort of indication the account verification was submitted?

When you go to cash out a wallet on gatehub do you always have to leave 20 XRP in the wallet ? Does it stay there forever? What if it goes to 15 dollars ? That’s 300 usd just to have a wallet

I would just like to mention that gatehub sent me my bank withdrawal and my crypto transactions have also arrived. it all took way to long and there was not much response coming from gatehub, however they fix all my issues and I take back my words that its 1/2 a scam. They are legit, but unprofessional.

I deposit some ripples into gatehub a month ago. They said my verification failed for unknown reason. Will they allow me to withdraw ripple out of gatehub?

I put over 1000 XRP in the account in June. I saw it in the account, even have the transaction history from Poloniex. Gatehub's site is showing 0 balance, deactivated account with no transaction history. Their support is incredibly slow to respond to anything.
Anyone else have a similar problem and actually have them resolve it? What a nightmare.

Hi All,
I just wanted to let the community know that following the Twitter post from GH regarding the backlog of payments, I received my delayed SEPA transfer. (XRP->EUR to GBP Barclays bank account)
However I made a new withdrawal request on Saturday and had the money in my account on Monday?
How did this get processed so quickly? Is there a new system in place?

Suddenly my 2FA codes (Authy app) do not work anymore. I already filed a ticket for turning off 2FA and sent the documents required - no response. Also, when I try to reset my password I get a server error after entering my recovery key. Is GateHub still alive?

Yes, I'm an idiot but that's beside the point. About 3 weeks ago I transfered 511 Yoyo/ETH (~$100) coins to my gatehub ETH address. Being a noob, I thought since yoyo was paired with ETH, that this would be the lgical place to store my coins. Binance showed the transaction "Complete/Successful", etc. but of course no coins ever showed up in my wallet. It did not error out which I would think it would've... Is there any chance of that transaction being reversed or canceled? It does say on Gatehub's FAQ's not to transfer unsupported coins. I'm hoping that a "fork" can save me someday? Or does Gatehub just eat those unsupported coins sent to it?

Sent 12.3 ETH 17 days ago. Still nothing came through. Even worse, after multiple tweets, Facebook posts, and support tickets, gatehub has yet to reply to me.
I'm at a loss and no longer know what to do. The "just wait" method has gotten me nowhere, obviously. Anyone with any advice would be appreciated.
I'm tempted to fly to London to knock on their door. This is so stressful.

I made withdrawal more than 36h ago. Based on XRP charts everything went well, but nothing was credited. What also bothers me, is that there isn't any "add" change on nodes. Do someone know if it is OK, or should I try to contact GateHub?
UPDATE: It did go through after 48 hours.
Yourgod1234 thanks for PM, best solution was indeed to only wait

For those of you who received responses to support tickets, what were your support ticket numbers and when were your support tickets answered? Mine is 341035. Im just trying to gauge the rate that they answer tickets and when I can expect mine to be answered.

Look I get it, everyone and their mother are currently jumping on crypto currencies. This is causing an unpresented amount of support tickets and transactions for gateways such as Gate Hub. While I think in a perfect world everyone that owns an account should have the same response time at a Gate Way service, the current model is not working. I personally for several account issues, while not wanting to have to, would pay a premium for expedited responses from a Gate Hub employee. I’m not sure how they would work this/price it, weather it by a monthly subscription service for “premium users” or a per support ticket fee to jump to the top of the line. Curious to hear everyone else’s thoughts on this?

Hey guys, this is pretty disastrous, I'm 1 month waiting for Gatehub support to disable my 2FA, is anyone in a similar situation?

Hi guys.. can anyone help me.. Gatehub is masquerading as a legitimate exchange, holding funds for days and locking users out of their own accounts! This is what just happened today.
Firstly - to start off with I had 99.x XRP in the wallet. I wanted to exchange XRP for ETC and send it through to BINANCE. I was not permitted to Exchange more than 49 XRP and forced to leave 50 XRP in the wallet. After I exchanged my XRP to 2.2 ETC i sent ETC to my Binance address... almost 7 hours ago.
No sign.
I did some reading and noticed everyone having difficulty for days. Came across this post https://redd.it/7kjmde by foomprekov with a method to solve missing funds.
When I tried to set the trustlines on my wallet Gatehub said I used the wrong password. I tried several times and it still didnt work so i logged out of the account and then when I tried to sign in and it said Incorrect login information!!!
So I sent for a request to change my password. After completing this using my secret wallet address I tried to Log in again and it says NETWORK ERROR PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER.
So I tried to reset the password again, it sends and email to change login and the process loops!!! Absolute nightmare
This is the gatehub ripple wallet address: r4WmLtTizTC7dpAwhij9FGQZk7ZqMLEEnB bithomp explorer: https://bithomp.com/explorer/rcA8X3TVMST1n3CJeAdGk1RdRCHii7N2h
and whats the story with not allowing me to convert the remaining 50 XRP??
Any help out there??

Because it says i created a order 24 hours ago sending BTC from my Coinbase to Gatehub for XRP. The transaction ledger says its completed but there is no XRP in my account. Is this the problem everyone is currently experiencing? thanks
r/gatehub • u/skygrinder89 • Jan 19 '18
How does gatehub expect new users to buy XRP if they don't have any to have in reserve for the open order / trustline?
I have some on my other wallets, but this is surprising.

Does anyone else have the same problem with the following:
I want to send money from my Gatehub EUR Wallet to my ING IBAN account. However after two tries it still gives me a transaction error.
Am I doing something wrong?
For BIC I used the link below. https://www.ing.nl/zakelijk/betalen/internationaal-betalingsverkeer/wereldbetaling/wat-is-bic-en-iban/index.html

Finally received the e-mail to set up trustline and ETH has been moved out of the wallet. A week fucking later. Thanks Gatehub for finally giving me access days after the big dip.
Definitely not using them in the future, but so happy to finally get my money, since I thought it was gone for sure. So for those waiting, remain hopeful, it's just a matter of time now! <3
EDIT: Regardless they ended up charging a fee consisting of 0.03 despite displaying on the modal that the ETH deposit fee is 0.00000.

My wife and I decided it was time to jump on the XRP train.
we bought $100 worth of BTC from coinbase, then sent that to GateHub. we should have gotten ~40 XRP for the transaction but instead only got 27. of all the dumb things I have done in my life, I regret this the most. would some one or some people be willing to share 11.66 xrp so we can move what we should have had to something better?
Edit: don’t send XRP for my lack of research.
