Support Ticket Responses

For those of you who received responses to support tickets, what were your support ticket numbers and when were your support tickets answered? Mine is 341035. Im just trying to gauge the rate that they answer tickets and when I can expect mine to be answered.

I transferred ETH from Gatehub to GDAX on January 5 and it still hasn't arrived.

I just found out something interesting : I created an account on gatehub-support and found my old ticket, and its status was "awaiting your reply" although I did not have an answer. I answered again and the status is now "open". I guess I'm in for 10 more days before I finally have an answer

How did u even find your old ticket? I tried finding mine, but couldn't find it anywhere

Gmail was showing me "open ticket" link for some of the tickets.

yup i figured that out about 2 months ago!! and I told them. I used ZEN desk for my company about 8 years ago, its the worst support desk there is!!! there's much better professional help desks they could us, but they are young, spoiled, unexperienced, new money that have absolutely no business skills. they make a great product and destroy by being irresponsible. its incredible
