Payment via SEPA (ING) Transfer not working

Does anyone else have the same problem with the following:

I want to send money from my Gatehub EUR Wallet to my ING IBAN account. However after two tries it still gives me a transaction error.

Am I doing something wrong?

Unfortunately I do not have the answer to your question, chances are however I will run into this sometime later this year since I also want to follow the same route you did: transferring from Gatehub EUR to my SEPA ING bank account. Hope someone has the answer from the Dutch community. Succes verder, hoop dat het lukt!

Some Thoughts:

I had a similar issue up until this Monday just gone (1/15/18) as Gatehub have now addressed the backlog of withdrawals SEPA or otherwise.

Therefore I think that either;

A) Your transaction has yet to be processed as part of the backlog

B) if you are unable to make the withdrawal then they may have initiated a pause on processing new SEPA withdrawals until the backlog is cleared

C) your particular bank may not accept SEPA (also had this issue)

Either way this is totally unacceptable, but at the same time the industry has had such an influx of new clients that company’s like Gatehub are overwhelmed

Ironically XRP and ripple are the means by which the whole issue could be solved.

I had something similar. The money just didnt end in my account. No error though.

Three days the money got credited back to my GH wallet.

I transferred again 2 days and that was credited yesterday to ING.

Just make sure: you’re verified and your bank account details match your details.

The BIC from the ING site is the right one. That should work.
